Both very good, ofc, but imo, nothing beats soy garlic fried chicken, which requires a different cooking technique and vastly different ingredients. But yes, you can definitely see (and taste!) the root of the inspiration for modern day Korean fried chicken!

I still dont understand how english people use the taste they get after eating chilli ? Sometimes they say hot and sometimes spicy. For me when I say hot it means temperature is high. When i say spicy it means the food has lot of different spices or lot of quantity of spicies has been put. I use masala as synonym to spicies.
