Great roads up there around Derwent and Blanchland and clearly the gravel is good too. Some awesome events lined up this year Dave. They’ll undoubtedly help you build the subscribers if they are as good as 312.

It always amazes me when people whinge about the state of the roads then decide to batter themselves on cr@ppy gravel. If you’re going off road get a bike that can deal with a lot more terrain than grovel bikes ie mountain bike
Hey, thanks for the message. The gravel bike was perfect for 99.9% of this route - I'm strictly a roadie, prefer dropped bars and rarely ride anything technical. Thanks for watching. :-)
