It is a very nice place indeed. We stay here already since November, just after their opening. There is also a gym and parking in basement as well as showers and change rooms beside the pool. Stuff is very friendly as is the Manager. Always eager to help and improve wherever needed. Location is also great. We recommend 100%.

I enquired about renting there for a month a few weeks back. I was quoted crazy money so seems they have had a reality check. Still expensive though, 33,000 plus electric for a studio aka large hotel room , although a great location and looks decent pool etc You can rent a condo for a minimum of one month, although obviously the management would like longer rentals. Whats with the “ oh I have friends come etc” Just be straight with them. You are doing a promotional video.

Hi Daz- I love your reviews. I think there is a great need for your reviews and recommendations for mid range service apartments in Pattaya. Not Airbnb type or normal hotel but preferably a studio or one bedroom with kitchen...good for making coffee, breakfast, lite meals, as well as warming up take away foods. May be in the price range between $25 and $50 a day or around $300 a week. Hope to see something like that soon. Cheers.

Yeah, this is good!! I stayed at Chitra Suites, they offer 600 baht per night, but no kitchen, 18 sqm, Pretty drab. I’ll try this place next time.

I think this and Tara Court are very similar, maybe slightly bigger rooms at Tara but smaller pool. Nice find Daz, thanks for posting.

I stayed here in November, when it had just opened. Just to let everyone know, for the daily rate it was cheaper to book through Agoda than the hotel direct. But monthly rates best to book through hotel. Excellent place, just needs bar opening on the roof.

Hi Dax, thanks for this video, it really helps in getting to know the different spots and prices. In my limited experience in Pattaya, this looked more like Jomtiem then Pattaya - (or Pratamnak wherever that may be). Maybe you referenced it in the beginning and sorry if I missed that. What would help me (and possibly others) would be a map of exactly where you are and going. Kind of like you did with _The Prospect_ properties video. Again, your videos are very helpful and informative. I really appreciate your time and efforts.

Very impressed with condo/hotel but I preferred 1st room and what a view from the swimming pool, the gym is a bit small but there isn't many tourists that use them anyway when they are on holiday but I was surprised someone actually using it when you filmed it.

Nice quality place n looked new good sized rooms with modern facilities…much easier if your staying a month as can cook basic meals in the room better than most hotels there. Reasonably priced too…a good find in a nice area.🤔😎👍🏻

Luvin the content Daz. Roughly £800 per month inc elecy for the delux room so £200 a week, but you can get hotels for that price which will be fully serviced and often inc breaky and no deposit. I guess this only makes sense over the longer term AST i.e 6 or 12 months.

Two high quality rooms.

Just cross the road , so behind the museum that is standing in the middle , and you'll have cheap open restaurant named ' Kwan ' . Opens in the evening , food made by a few Thai women , open kitchen , just at the entrance of the opposite road.

Very recently spent a week in a top floor roomy one bedroom suite at this property. 200m from the bars and restaurants further down Soi 5. Location, and Pratumnak are lovely, although it is no where near a Baht bus route. It’s 40 Baht on a taxi bike or 50 Baht by bolt taxi to Central Pattaya. Or a 20 min walk along the beach road to Jomtien. So what you have here are great options. Including three top notch Gents clubs right on your doorstep. Unobtrusive staff who are just great and I could very happily spend time at this place long term. Apart from intermittent hot water and a nice dog who likes to bark all night, you’re spot on again, this place is special.

Nice review, not cheap if you book only a few days or a week, on booking sites £38 and £40 per night

If you are only renting for one month for your holiday then it’s not too bad a price. Very nice and modern for less than 1000baht per night. I’d rather stay here than a old out of date hotel or guesthouse 🤘🤘🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Thanks for the nice video, as always. The place looks nice and the location is great. But…. As I come on mid April, I did a research on condos for just 1 month. You said that the minimum is 3 months. It’s not true. You have many options for 1 month. And… you can have better prices in more luxurious condos, like the Riviera etc. studio for a month will cost less than 18000, 1 bed+1 living room will be 20000-25000. You can always ask for cleaning at 500 or less… therefore, I think their offer is not attractive at all..

I dont know if it is still there, but the "Jasmin" hotel on Soi BJ had all that a condo offers at hotel prices and by day, week, month. That was 2006. In 1996, before the Jasmin was renovated, it was a sh*thole (pardon my French) and known by us Brits as "The Flea Pit" ... but 150 BHT a night...😊

A condo without a sofa and coffee table looks weird Plenty of room for one

Daz small bit expensive what episode on your RU-vid channel did you have condo for maybe €450?

Hi Daz - not sure if you checked out their website or not. I checked availability for a 2 month stay from May 15 until July 15. Price for a Deluxe Room with no breakfast came out as 78,000 Baht per month. So with this place in-particular, it pays to go visit them in-person.

I just checked and got quoted close to 100k baht for a month for a one bed. A lot higher than the 39k you were shown.

Hi Daz, did you show the daily rate, I may have missed that? Also did you notice the pool area only had a tiny area of shade which was already taken. I burn like a rissole and though I love swimming I also need a shady place.

It's too pricy for me, but I would stay a minum 6 months to a year although they are very nice

My friend have you been to the "XS Gogo Pattaya" on Walking Street?.... man the prices in their are ridiculous!!!...Lady drinks are 190 baht, Bar fine is 2,500 baht, Long Time with one of the girls is 6,500, But!... you still have to buy the girl 5 drinks before she's allowed to leave....for a total of 9,950 baht before you step a foot out the place with the girl...that place is for high rollers....

I stayed at Maxx Central for a month in Feb '23 after seeing your video on it. It's worth asking can you pay the deposit in your own currency as I did? Otherwise you end up taking several thousand THB back home with you at the end of your holiday.

Too expensive. 29,000 THB for what? Have your rooms cleaned twice a week and they kick in water & electric? You can find much nicer amenities, pay 17,000 per month and the usual 2500 - 3000 for electric and water and come out way ahead for around 20,000 a month.

Daz, I always appreciate all of your videos and hard work. For whatever reason, I didn't like the place. It didn't feel right. Plus the price was a little high, plus elec, plus deposit. Gym is small. Pool Fantastic.
