Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
- 500grms minced beef
-1 egg
-1/4 cup breadcrumbs
-3 tbsp milk
-1 large white onion(use half)
-2 garlic cloves
-1 tsp dry oregano
-Fresh parsley leaves or coriander
-Salt and pepper
-vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
-250grms button mushrooms
-1 tbsp butter
-1 large white onion(use half)
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 cup cream
-1/2 cup water
-1 tsp dry oregano
-1 beef cube
-Salt and pepper
