I love how you always include sleeve usage in your videos. It’s a big help. I just yesterday made a list of the 20+ pads I have and what sleeves work and don’t work. I have owned 40 Plus and give away the ones that don’t work with a sleeve. Wish I would have found you channel sooner could have saved me a lot of money. Great review as always!

It's not even from 2024 as far as I recall, they've had this thing sitting in stock since early last year. I guess they decided to start sending it out to all reviewers? Either way paying more than Artisan prices for a rubber base OEM pad in 2024 is crazy.

They’ve had this pad in the works for a while now. That’s not a bad thing, since they have been perfecting and tweaking it. Also, it’s not about the base of the pad that affects the cost. It’s about the surface being glass. So your argument isn’t valid at all.

@@MightyAims Nevermind, I wasn't wrong. This pad isn't glass-coated (it actually has nothing to do with glass, it's just woven cloth). It also IS the pad I was talking about, it came out a year ago. Nobody cared about it, so they started sending it to all the reviewers in the past month. At 2:02 you also said "this pad is on the budget end", but this isn't true as it's $50 USD. In what world is a rubber base pad (which does greatly affect the cost) sold for $50? Show me another pad with a cheap base and cheap stitching being sold for $50. There's nothing budget about this. For example, you can get the AC Plus you compared it to in this video in a 600x400 size for $24. Half the price. These guys are just overcharging for it because they are youtubers.

@@xblur17 Sorry man, when I saw your comment, I thought it was on my newer review of the skypad 4.0, and i didn't realize you were talking about the KX100. Sorry for the confusion. Yes you are correct about what you said at first. When I said this pad was "budget" I truly thought it was budget. I thought it was around the 35 dollar range, and only realized it was 50 later in the video. Would I recomend people to get a AC+ over this pad? yes. 100%. These pads have so little differences other than the 2x price diff that it make the KX100 not worth the money.
