@@ranjela455 Uncharted Guy is cursed ever to wander. Eaten from inside by brain rot his wits are long gone. Now he repeats days that he said before, waiting for Zanny to do an uncharted series.
Curse you Bayle! I hereby vow! You will rue this day! Behold, a true drake warrior! And I, Igon! Your fear made flesh! Solid of scale you might be, foul dragon... But i will riddle with holes your rotten hide! With a hail of harpoons! With every last drop of my being!
I’m pretty sure you can throw pots into their furnace heads from above and deal enormous damage, I’m fairly sure that’s how they were intended to be fought BUT I have not played the DLC so I don’t know I just watched a video. If you want confirmation look it up or something
The only one that pissed me off was the one in the lake beneath Shadow Keep because I couldn’t consistently lure him to the building. The others are easily beaten with the giant jars
For anyone struggling with the furnace golems and reading comments, just stay close under them, and constantly rotate around their feet to their back. If you do that there are literally only 2 moves that can hit you, the stomp, and the jump stomp. With the stomp, just jump over the flame, when it jumps you have to run away outside of its explosion aoe, then jump the flame, but unless you are constantly running yourself out of stamina, you should always have time to do that. Oh, and if they fall so the crit spot is out of reach, just throw one of the large fire pots into their head for similar damage.
@@mycalamarewok it might be easier to jump over the fire waves on Torrent, but other than that your moveset and damage is always crippled on horseback.
Curse you bode I hereby vow! You will rue this day! Behold a true Jedi Kight! Your fears made flesh! Solid of force you might be, foul sith… but I will riddle with holes your rotten hide! With a hail of blaster bolts! With every last drop of my being!
@vicocloutier9607 Yeah, but it doesn't matter much after the first few minutes with nothing in it. I spent a while exploring (trying to find the legacy dungeon), and was bored pretty much the whole time.
@@ALLMINDmercenarysupportsystem Yeah I understand, but I still loved it tho ! Not every area has to be filled with loots and stuff, this one was just a spooky walk in the dark forest with nothing but madness and scary mobs ! But yeah maybe this area fall off after you play many times, but still, I'm glad that it exist ! Have a good one !
It's pronounced JAIL. Because it's a JAIL. (gaol) Also JUMP the golem fire stomps. You get a jump attack off at the same time. Any ground AOE, you JUMP.
It's actually way easier to fight furnace golems on Torent because you can just double jump over the stomps and as long as you stay behind him, he'll pretty much never swing his arms down at you. The double stomp explosion is pretty easy to jump over too as long as you're outside the radius. You just have to jump over the fire shockwave.
I have only fought 2 of those basket cases and the reason why is because they're insanely boring. They're hella tanky and the moves, while they do hurt, are super easy to dodge (especially on horse). It's like 5 straight minutes of R1, R1, jump, rinse, repeat. Love their design, but they're easily the worse part of the DLC. The fact there's like 6 of them is stupid.
I'm sure someone already said it, but the gravesite plain furnace golem gives a tear that adds a defelct system similar to Sekiro. Even works when two-handing.
for future play throughs you can jump the individual stomp flame from the furnace XD it's much more forgiving. But I guess that wouldn't be cool enough for Sauron
Zanny love your vids man always make my day 😂 also I know you haven’t done many reactions to series but are you planning on getting the boys together to react to the acolyte I don’t blame you if you do but I’d love to watch your reactions to them 😂 also providing the reviews are good and game dosnt come out broken like the classics are you planing on doing/completing the bounty hunter remaster
With the furnace golems, you want to be on torrent as it makes dodging the attacks really easy. Also for 2 of the golems you need giant flame or volcano pots to kill them (I recommend flame pots) and you also need at least 1 giant volcano pot to activate 1 of them.
Just as a heads up zanny the infinite stamina tear isn’t great since it only lasts 12-16 seconds I believe. Additionally to dodge the furnace golems 3 stomps just jump over them it’s way easier than timing the rolls since they have lingering hit boxes And one last thing you got the sword hand of night jolan ashes from Ymir’s questline, if you take those ashes to the top of rabbaths rise near the cathedral you can find the body of Anna the sword hand who invades you beneath the cathedral and you can pair the two together getting the sword hands of night jolan and Anna ashes who are amazing
i recommend fighting these colossal enemies with the horse. you get a lot of i frames from getting on/off horse. especially furnace golem is free with the horses double jump.
I seem to remember people complaining about the Erdtree Avatars on the release of the base game for being too repetative. I think whoever designed them took that personally, and hence, we got the Furnace Golems as their Crystal Tear replacement: repetative AND long as hell lol
At least Erdtree Avatars are somewhat fun to fight. They're really easy to dodge and it's so satisfying to no-hit them. They don't take too long to kill either if you incorporate fire into your build. The only real problem with them is just how many there are, but even then they are spread across the whole game. The furnace golems are straight up not fun to fight. They do insanely high damage, are extremely tanky, and all their moves are boring or annoying to dodge
I think the jars in the base game are made differently. There are none of the sites where jars are made in the Lands Between, none of those jar insides people, and no ghosts with dialogue discussing it. And the jars are a different color. It's pretty minor, and potentially nothing, but I think it implies different construction material or technique.
Just wanted to say, your content has gotten me through some really tough times. Always great when you upload! Good luck with the dlc, but I know you won't need it
