I once played a sunday league game(U14) and our goalkeeper was 22 older than the other teams coach. He scored a goal in the first minute from a goalkick and then in the last minute of the match their goalkeeper scored the *EXACT SAME GOAL* and the game ended 1-1.

7:48 The goal stands because despite the red player being within the 10 yards, the yellow team have taken the free kick quickly, so in the laws it states that you can't penalise a player for being within 10 yards on a quick free kick, and it's play on

I remember my favourite Sunday league moment was the time the winger ran off the pitch with the ball and then scored. When the ref was questioned his response was that he didn't care as he had already written it down in his book. The other side was very unhappy with him.

MEXICO and Wales have also got to be thanked for not complaining about losing their star players as world cups were coming and they had time to recover to full health with help from them.

one time at my tournament on the field next to mine a kid was running to the goal took an extra long touch and basically passed it to the keeper the keeper boots it as hard as he can it hits the guy he falls and is crying but the ball rolled in the goal i used this story to cheer up my teammate who just scored an own goal i died laughing🤣
