Or the fact that if you show any symptoms you are forced to stay home on paid leave? The US is like "you have to stay home but unless you have PTO you're not going to get paid for this..."
The U.S. is hardly doing anything. That's why we continue to have outbreaks and cases go up all the time. It sounds like she went through a lot, and yeah, it sounds inconvenient, but they're doing much better than we are, so it's worth it.
We still have to pay for it tho, I know in qld it costs around $3000 for the hotel including food which is pretty good but yeah the government was originally paying for it but stopped after the come home orders 😊
I am an old man (American). I recently discovered 'Reign' on Netflix and have just finished the series. I didn't think I would like all that much when I started, but as it went on it kept pulling me back in because of the intense plot lines. At the end of the series I can safely say that you were the glue that held everything together. I also became quite a fan of Rachel Skarsten as Elizabeth. You are both great. I hope you find another project to work on that has the substance that Reign has. Best wishes to you while you are in Perth. i hope when you come back the it isn' as difficult as it was going there. I hope that things become less difficult for all of us.
Ive not long convinced my step dad to watch it for the first time and he didnt think hed like it much either but we're now at the end of season 2 ( I cant wait for rachel to come in as elizabeth ) and he loves it!!
I just found this channel after watching Batwoman, so if you like Rachel Skarsten you should have a look at that, she is the real star of the show. Also the old "Birds of Prey" show was the first time i ever saw her, and then in "Lost Girl" Oh and i'm also an old guy (56) who didn't really thought he would like Reign that much, but i guess for me it was the fact that it was more fantasy than a "historical correct" drama.
@@renawierbinski2709 hmmm.. when i searched reign on my netflix site there was no sing of it. Maybe because we have different location? I was searching it from Poland and u?
Elmo The Fried Waffle King The sun is responsible for most of our aging. We all look older than we otherwise would have to. Use daily sunscreen, at least 50 SPF, outdoors AND indoors and reapply often throughout the day. Cover as much as you comfortably can if you're going to be out during a particularly sunny day. Massage your body with moisturizers and oils. And keep facial movements to a minimum. Aging well is an art and takes work :) Adelaide is an actress and obviously needs to maintain her best image.
It's such a weird comment like not blaming you but it's so weird how our society makes us think that a woman that is no longer in her 20's is old... You've still got a whole life ahead of you at 30, probably the best years!! Thinking this way makes us so scared of growing up and also make our 20s depressing because it feels we need to figure out everything then. We don't! There is still so much ahead!
I knew you have Social Anxiety, and because of that I want to give you an extra HUGE thank you, for coming out to conventions and meeting us. We truly appreciate it. We love you and care about you so much Adelaide.
does acting positively effect your mental health? You are so talented and want to know if it calms you down or distracts you. You are also so beyond beautiful!!!
im an actress and it does effect your mental health but both in a good and bad ways you learn yourself more and others you also notice little things in life turning into a life lesson:)
Sorry that the past 6 months or so have been so hard on you, but I'm happy to see you're somewhere with a support system that can be there for you. Best wishes!
Yeah but it's way more complicated if there are several ways to enter the country. Australia is an island so you get there by plane whereas in Europe you would have to control every street which is not really possible
I love how real you are. You seem like such a relatable person. I wish we lived closer to each other, because you seem like you'd be an amazing friend to have!
I’m so glad to know you are doing good. You are amazing and hearing you say all of this, and to know that you are on a safe place, with people important for you makes my heart warm!! ❤️
I am so glad that you are good and safe! :) What a journey you have been through. I have social anxiety too and been isolating since march, so on the one side it is not such a big deal for me, but at the same time I am overwhelmed now being in a room with people more than ever. Stay strong! :)
You are so great. This time has been a struggle for me and for so many and I haven’t even had to isolate as intensely as you have described. Thanks for talking about it. Wishing you the best of health - mentally and physically!
It's so good to see that you are doing good despite of everything that's going on. I love how open you are about your mental health and you show us that you are just like us, even though you are famous. You struggle, you cry, you laugh, and its refreshing! I am glad that I am able to look up to you
You are so strong!!!! It must be so difficult, I remember when we had lockdown and couldn't hug or see anybody and I remember I felt terrible and my mental health was pretty bad. Gladly here it's all much better now but I just wanted to say how strong and positive you are, that's amazing and SO admirable!!!!! I can't put in words how I feel right now but you are definitely someone I look up to cause I couldn't think that positive past then so thank you so much for this vid and stay strong and save and healthy and I love you sooo much!!!!!
Thank you for sharing this experience. I’m glad you’re getting to reunite with loved ones and are doing so safely 💕 hope your mental health sees some sweet recovery
I'm glad that even though you've been through a lot in the last month, you will finally be able to hug your family. Thanks for sharing your experience, please take care of yourself. We love you ♥ ️
I love your personality and your videos so much!! You’re just such a light and I’m so grateful I found your RU-vid! I just got done watching Reign and I loved your character, and now I’m realizing I love you as a person even more! Lol
So glad to know you’re happy and safe. Was starting to wonder how things were doing since the last time you showed up on a video. Stay safe, Addy. And can’t wait for your streams!
I love you so much ❤️❤️ I'm happy to hear that you're doing great and you're safe and happy!! Enjoy your time at home ❤️ thank you for being so amazing person, we need more people like you
It’s so crazy everything going on right now with covid! You’re amazing for getting through all of this! 🌟 So happy you’re home & with family soon 💗💗💗 it’ll al be worth it! Sending loads of love! 💛
God im so happy for you!! I know how hard isolating is if you have anxiety so im really happy that you are better now and with your family, sending all the virtual love xxx
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve really appreciated your honesty and willingness to share, as I’m sure it will help so many know they are not alone in these feelings. You’ve been through a lot! Damn pandemic. As a mum, I cried for you for a minute. I love that you made it home and soon you will be sharing loads of hugs! Enjoy your family!
Sorry that the isolation has been rough. I've lived with social anxiety my whole life, so hearing someone talk about their mental health candidly is surprisingly refreshing. If you ever feel like your channel or your stories aren't helpful, I can assure you that they are.
This whole pandemic is crazy but I'm glad you're safe and home. I'm also very excited to see you streaming in the next few days, hopefully! I'm also sending the biggest hug, you deserve nothing but happiness and I love you a lot :)
I am so sorry quarantine and the journey home have not been easy. So glad you hear that you are home and able to spend time with family. I discovered Reign during quarantine and honestly it has been a magical few weeks. You have made me respect the hell out of female monarchs, even with the historical inaccuracies. If nothing else Reign has made my quarantine that much better and it is mostly because of you. Thank you.
I teared up half way through. It’s good Australia is so strict but the thought of you having to quarantine by yourself (obviously you have too) I suffer from major anxiety too and just the thought of it makes me want to cry. I’m so glad you got through it and now home with your family! ❤️❤️
I just want to thank you so much for this video and words. I'm Italian, we've all been locked-down for three months (from March til May) here in my country, but now people think Covid is not a problem anymore. I wish more people like you talk and tell their experiences in order to make people reflect and think about this situation: this is NOT a joke, we All have to be responsible for each other. Thank you so much for your words, I'm SO happy you're safe and with your family now 💜
I have a question ! Are you still friends with Toby?! I am such a fan if you guys work on Reign it was amazing. Anyways , take care of yourself and be safe ❤️
So glad you’re back home! I love how honest you are about your mental health, it normalises it for myself and others I’m sure (agoraphobia/social anxiety is rough during regular times, let alone during a pandemic!!). Can’t wait to see you thrive and feel good, you deserve to! ❤️
I totally get you. Going from being at home all the time to going to visit family in a different country and having what feels like SO many people around you is so strange. I recently moved from a smaller town in Oregon to Orlando, FL and the whole experience was crazy. Moving across the country in a pandemic is no joke. Airports are a little daunting too. I on the other hand moved away from my family so it’s been a little strange adjusting on the other side of the country. I hope you get some much needed healing done being with your family now 💕
My friend is from Perth and at uni in Melbourne, isolating alone. Her application to go home got rejected and she’s been on her own in her student accommodation for months :/. Also, weird that the cold/flu symptoms are being taken as THE symptoms when there’s a list of 15+ and 80% of carriers don’t even show any symptoms.
I’m so happy you are with your family 🥰🥺💕 You are too sweet! As someone who also suffers from agoraphobia/anxiety/depression, quarantine has both positive and negative effects. I just went outside yesterday for the first time in 2 months after being sick with COVID.
I'm really glad you were able to get back to your family. As someone who also has social anxiety, I completely get where you're coming from in terms of quarantine and then being around people after.
It was so interesting to learn about australias bordercontrol during this pandemic! I'm really happy you got to spend your birthday in your homecountry. I wish you all the best. ❤️
Love you Addy! Well done on managing the travel with the pandemic, I can’t even imagine going through that, I almost break out in sweats just thinking about international travel at the moment! 🙈
you are honestly the kindest soul, so authentic and real, having mental health issues myself I love seeing you be so honest about it all! Fellow Aussie here glad to know you are home with your loved ones!
I found this really interesting. Even so it must have been so overwhelming for you I think Australian authorities are doing the right thing. I wish we were doing the same here in Paris !
I'm so happy that you are finally home with your family, and you get to see and hug them after all that time! Enjoy your time with them and continue to be safe and healthy and same for your family as well. 💞💞
I found you on tiktok and came here to check on you. You’re so genuine. I’m so very glad you’re well and with your mum. Nothing better than a mama’s arms
You are an amazing person thank you for telling us about what your experiences with social anxiety and isolation. It must have been difficult for you going through that but now you are with your family I'm sending you a virtual hug I wish you and your family all the happiness in the world. P.S. I didn't know you have a RU-vid channel but I'm glad I found it have a wonderful day.
You’re an amazing person with a heartwarming smile! ❤️ Thank you for sharing. The process are really similar to what they are doing here, in Singapore. Stay safe & Strong my dear 🙆🏼♀️
Hey Adelaide, I just wanted to say it's so inspiring that a successful and strong woman like you struggels with mental anxiety ... as I am sure many of us are, especially now in these difficult times. I can't even imagine having to go through what you did, just to get to visit with family. I hope you stay for a while and enjoy the love and support that they will give you.
I am a huge fan a reign and I came across your tic tok the other day and then found your youtube channel and was super happy to see how much of a anime/d&d fan you are and i am a fan of yours even more now. You are an amazing person inside and out and I am very happy that you were able to get home to be with your family when you really needed it. I hope you have an amazing time with your family.
anything to be get back home, be with family and people you love and loves you is WORTH all that and more. so happy you made this trip back to your roots. cant imagine being cooped up alone in LA in this pandemic for like 6 months?!? even without social anxiety i would go bonkers too. good for you addy, you take care and enjoy bonding with fam! we all need that!
I wanted to say thank you because for most of my life I have suffered from anxiety but never wanted to speak up about it. After hearing you openly speak about your anxiety, I have decided that I need to take back control of my life❤️I am 19 now and I made an appointment with my new primary doctor for next month to see if I can be put on medication for my anxiety. Ps ily💕
i’m so glad that you’ll finally be with your family after all this time alone in quarantine. stay safe and take care of yourself always. we love you addy ♥️
