It has nothing to do with when the episode is posted. If you were filming an episode of a TV show and didn't show up for work, you just wasted everyone's time, and that's a day they couldn't earn any money. It wouldn't matter if the TV show came out 1-2 months later; you screwed everyone.

Tom and his wife, Christina, a two of the most unfunny, hacky trolls in comedy. Their entire podcast is nothing more than a bunch of videos of human props whose weirdness and misfortune they laugh at in order to seem funny themselves. Not to mention the producer who cackles on cue every time one of them opens their mouth. That might even be a sound clip they just trigger every few minutes. The whole aesthetic is "appearing funny by laughing". They're gross.
