I think a cool segment would be comparing all of the AFC South drafts since Baalke, that would really make it clear if he’s good or not

Jags will never be superbowl contenders with Baalke at the helm. He doesn't know how to change courses & pivot, especially when players don't fall or can't trade up - too set in his ways with no contingency plan.

I loved him with Mia..but dude is past his prime...probably did not look good enough to sign him over a younger guy...like anyone we already had...OR like the dude we just picked up from the Rams the other day...

I credit Urban Myer with the 2021 draft more than Baalke. I think Myer had a lot of say in that draft. Baalke has been a below average GM to me.

we don't know that for sure though...Baalke gets alot of hate....but he does seem to collaborate with the scouting and coaching staff on picks....so I am sure Meyer had input...although I think Meyer would have been a disaster in the draft as well.

All what you are saying is good ,but for Trent looking at depth not .....little save us several times on depth ....because of Cam. He is very good at getting the team out of the bottom ,through free agents

Dave Caldwell was a better gm. His biggest mistake was taking Bortles No.3 overall. If Dave had been the gm the last 3 years, and had Trevor still of course, this roster would look so much better. Baalke lives in own reality too much. His draft philosophy is a joke.

@123shoshan Caldwell was the gm in 2020 when they went 1-15, and over the past ten seasons only the 2017 team won more games than the past two with Baalke as gm. The next highest record in that 10 year span not including the Baalke years was 6 wins in 2019

Trent was gifted the chance to have a Superbowl team and he wasted draft picks and handled the core of the team horribly. He should have been fired a year ago

WHAT? How was he "gifted" a chance to have a SB team? Certainly not because of Trevor...if Trevor was lighting it up for 35-40tds and just crushing it while alot of other areas of team struggled I would be more inclined to agree...but Trevor has not been that

@@leevancleef358 he was gifted several 1st round draft picks. If Trevor had a decent OL and a few more WR pieces he may have been fire. There were too many poor draft decisions and bad team building on the GM's part.

Ridley is 30 years old, and couldn’t get on the same page. Davis and Zay are Similiar when healthy. BTJ is a big time play maker and has speed, I think we upgraded

Ridley dropped 8 TD passes. BTJ is faster and has better hands, Gabe Davis is much better than Zay Jones.

They frafted muma cause him n loyd were side by side almost on the def board so muma was great value to them but i agree too many lbs but we needed him early cause he was better than floyd yr one

No, Jordan. Trent "The Clown" Baalke is absolutely not good at drafting the right players in the correct rounds of the draft. Absolutely not! We should have O'Cyrus Torrance, but we don't. There are many other questionable draft decisions with this guy. He should have been fired years ago.
