it makes your RBC and Hemoglobin increase. But the fix is easy, I just donate blood every 8 weeks and my bloodwork looks great.

@@christiangarcia806donate whole blood every 12 weeks or so. Just the standard for normal donors. Donate as in a pint of blood.

Depend on dosage you use if you don't rush and stay on low dosage, it's fine

I have to have phlebotomy once a month because I make to many red blood cells can cause blood clots so get your blood work ever 2-3 months everyone is different.

@midasmedia2517 watch estrogenic effects, blood pressure, and thickening of the blood. Don't using excess testosterone or it can grow heart tissue which causes cardiac disease. But that's not really an issue with trt

I mean if people took x10 their adhd meds at once they may have a heart attack too but if they take what is medically prescribed the odds are very slim

Doc won’t prescribe me trt even tho my levels are low but I found a trusted source and bought some test from them I’m trying to do 160-175 mg test a week and keep getting blood work every 9-12 weeks any thoughts?

What is the safe dosage to take weekly if you’re planning to take it lifetime? Also does it make a difference if you take trt by cycle on a higher dosage and then cycling off then repeat?

I think it’s best to have a consistent amount and cycle HCG. Cycling T will be very erratic- slight changes has compounding effects that are nonlinear. Though it’s important to check red blood cell count and related markers.

I would say the two greatest unsafe things about trt use is HBP and an enlarged heart. But even when you monitor these things perfectly and your bloods come back good, you could still turn out like Joe in Thailand. RIP
