I got on TRT at 19 because I’m a true hypogonadal. No libido, depression, fatigue, excessive fat gain and can’t even maintain weight pre TRT without starving myself. It is truly miserable. I accepted the risk and I don’t want to live my prime as a low test loser with zero sex drive and fat. My levels pre t were 200 despite going down every avenue to try and raise levels naturally and trying to find a root cause of the issue.
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, in your case I would agree that TRT is the right option. Enclomiphene can be used together with trt if spermatogenesis is low and fertility needs to be improved. HCG is another option here.
@@JonasKuehneMD I’ve looked into taking it with enclo but I’ve heard it can raise your estrogen a bunch. Right now, I’m not worried about estrogen because on top of my test being low, my estradiol is undetectable so my estrogen needs to be raised. But if it got too high on enclo, I’d have to add some sort of aromatase inhibitors and I don’t wanna do all that
I have no plans to have children. My normal testosterone levels are just not cutting it in my life. I have no energy and struggle to make gains. I’ve had this for a long time and at 27 I think it’s time I do something about it.
One alternative, you can look into is enclomiphene citrate. This is a selective estrogen blocker that has doubled testosterone for many men while preserving fertility.
Good advice. I’m in my early 20’s but the temptation is so real. Especially having an excessively skinny body and not wanting to be shut out of the dating game etc
That is a great point. I will release a video next week about Enclomiphene. This is interesting as it increases your own production of testosterone, and improves fertility. This may be a good alternative for young men with low testosterone levels. It’s also important to optimize nutrition and avoid plastics in your diet as many of these chemicals are hormone blockers, and can decrease the testosterone levels.
If your skinny try hitting the gym 5-6 days a week, go 3 days back to back before taking a rest day. Try push pull legs split. Focus on progressive overload and 4 sets each exercise 10-12 rep range. Make sure your getting atleast 150-220 grams of protein a day depending on your height and body weight. Eat a high protein diet and drink protein shakes. Get 8-9 hours of sleep Drink 5-7 bottles of water a day Get a mens multi vitamin TRT, SARMs and even creatine should never be your first solution. All that stuff can be used later, you can’t skip the basics
Yes, but sometimes correcting a low testosterone in older age can prevent muscle loss, bone loss, and even improve heart health. It’s a difficult decision.
