The best thing they added in years is that you can make a crosshair in the menu but even that is shit compared to the community made methods.
Riot has been known to listen to community outrage, and League balancing has been confirmed by the team to be balanced around the average player, it will be interesting to see their approach to VALORANT and if they are going to keep that objective consistent
Andrew Ye and if champion has like over 80% or something like that pick/ban rate in pro games its nerfed and after that it needs like 90% pick/ban to get nerfed next patch. And riot knows how to make ranked (League Ranked system is one of the best ones) and how to organize esports (pretty sure league was one of first esport games that kicked off the genre)

I wanna share my experience. Lol player, played many cods on console. I got valorant key and played it (first real shooter on PC i tried) and i kinda got into it, so i decided ti try cs go as well since i knew it was similar. Tbh cs go has so many problems as well: Scam market system (but whatever, if you are not a 0iq It doesnt affect you) Toxicity at its best: got into a couple of ranked and the toxicity levels were over 9000 (maybe itse just low ranks, i dont know) Too much hardcore shooter for me (this is totally personal, but i found ut too much plain, and kinda boring on the long term) Finally, cheaters. Cheaters, cheaters, cheaters. Everything else of the game was enjoable, it is very satisfying to headshot cheaters :)

@@soninh4357 Riot Games have their own anti-cheat which they use for LoL and it is in fact very good at detecting scripts etc. Obviously there are cheats which bypass that but it will always be like that in any game. So I think they have a pretty good idea about what they're doing and there will be a good anti-cheat implemented when the game is eventually released to the public. Also fog of war isn't really going to do anything against an aimbot or different cheats that base around aiming or movement.

@@gunnimikki yes becuase they made it free, added BR for A bit and grpahics updates and other stuff to get it back and it worked like a charm, it's not dying now
@@KiMLoKO1 Yeah but that one round can be a very important one. I don't know how many times I accidentally bought the negev and wished I could buy a different gun.
Let's be honest, people said many games were going to kill csgo, none of them did, just a few days ago csgo peaked 1 million players on the game at the same time. There's no way csgo is going to die in the near future, The playerbase may drop a bit but most will come back because of the simplicity and culture around csgo is what makes it good. Csgo is relies more on aim while in valorant you have some random abilities. Like seriously imagine going to A site and seeing a fucking sandstorm infront of the entrance lol. Eitherway, csgo wont die.
Let's recap again. 1) abilities works as deployables, with many characters using elemental granades or smokewalls, for example. 2) abilities must be purchased, can't be used for killing in the 90% because are basically utilities used for different tactics. 3) if you check Valorant subreddit, you can read that the increasing of playerbase reaching record in CS is due to the fact that future Valorant players are using that game as a training ground, being Valorant built as its direct competitor. You will se a vertical drop in players when V will be released. Ask if you have questions.
Yeah, it won't kill CS:GO, but with Asian market it will probably end up being more popular than CS:GO, league has what? 120 million monthly players and avarage like fucking 8-14m at the same time every day
@N H A Im answering to the random hate towards a footage in alpha state. Also, the gameplay is pretty much the same gunplay wise, except of some interesting restriction and the possibility to manipulate maps tactically. The sprays are also better than CS, since their base are pretty much the same for every gun, but at every shoot they add a value of randomness in them, which require you to counter that too, as said from stramers on Twitch. As a former CS player I'm really hyped about this game, and I'm yet to discover a flaw.
@N H A Im just genuinely happy like every major fps streamer. Even these said that during the private sessions, CS streamers had a huge advantage in comparison to other shooters, and once again, abilities works as deployables, like granades, smoke granades etc. Don't see why trying to counter the mass when there's plenty of official fonts confirming this stuff. But still, nobody force nobody to play X thing.
I think riot planed it exactly like that. They never wanted players from csgo. They just wanted them to speak, discuss and talk about it on social media. That is smart and cheap marketing and they dont even have to do something
Kind of Redbull Tactic. Redbull make event for 100k$ but after that media tells about that event and that redbull organised it. The media have redbull so much ad that normally it wouldve cost 10 times more. Similar? Yes.
@Eros Caiazzo yeah probably true the game kinda died during season 1 now its back to the way it was before. Fortnite just kinda killed itself its just a kids game now like roblox

Looks like it's ripped straight off of Fortnite or Overwatch or something, no offense to the creators, but with a game that looks like this, i hope it doesn't make it out of development, we have enough games with this pixar-ripoff style.
@@druzzi9054 I completely disagree! Basically 90%-95% of all Polish people I've met during my approximately 2600 hours on CS:GO were legit (the 10%-5% were mostly people who played with hackers and just a few hackers). The Russian players go down to about a 70% (the rest 30% is basically made up of...idk...20% people who played with hackers and 10% hackers). Interestingly enough...most of the hackers I've met were Ukrainian, Turkish, German and English. This is all a rough estimate of my games, so do you not start accusing me of random shit!
Imo the game looks pretty cool actually. It's never going to kill CS though, no way in hell. I can relate to you in that I, too, don't really like heroes and abilities. I'm sure the Game- and Gunplay will be pretty fun and I'll go in open-minded and I honestly hope the game will be good

@@yassery_sr7373 I play both Paladins and CS, and the two (Valorant and Pal) can't be more different. The only similar thing is the art style without shaders or particular heavy lights/reflections, but you can't say that dude.
People saying that valorant is going to kill cs, is the same exact argument when apex came out and everyone was saying that it will kill fortnite. And the only game that died back then was apex.
a more relevant comparison is LoL vs Dota, LoL has the competitive atmosphere of dota while having casual elements, much like how valorant has the crazy competitive atmopshere as csgo but with simpler mechanics and more fun abilities that appeal more to casual play. What has been proven time and time again is that most players (a large majority being casual) love colorful graphics with dynamic abilities but still stay true to FPS/Moba.
I think you switched them m8. Dota has more competitive atmosphere due to its complexity on builds( handling items) As a newbie in LoL I find it more casual and simple mechanics than Dota
@@Fralite My comment agrees with you. What I meant that Dota is mostly sweaty competition and leaves very little room for casual play, while LoL CAN be played as heavily competitive (maybe not as much as dota but still very competitive), but also leaves a lot of room for casual players to dick and around and "suck" at the game while having fun. The point I'm making is that valorant is the LoL equivalent in this manner, it's more casual but still has the capability to be played very competitively while csgo is just pure competition. Tbh though, valorant can't be played as casually as LoL can but is a bit more forgiving than Cs go.
@@VirtuesOfFlaming I honestly don't think the difference between valorant and cs is that big in terms of casual vs competitive...I played csgo for a couple months before valorant came out and I would definitely consider myself a casual player since I was like silver 2. I thought csgo was really fun but I think I like the uniqueness of the agents in Valorant. It adds a little more outplay potential without feeling like the agent abilities dominate the game. I feel like people are saying valorant is for casuals because of the art style which makes no sense

I'm still waiting for the Beta and maybe the full release to have my own opinion. I want to see this game become something big so valve has to keep working on CS to keep it alive (I'm not saying the game is dead, but I am saying that valve clearly does not really give a shit about it.) in other words: Competition is always good for the end-user, and at the moment, CS does not have any real competition.
in CS:GO when you A or D, you need to counter it for instant stop, witch is not constant and leads you to miss your shots , but in valorant when you move, you don't need to counter it to fully stop, you just stop pressing it
You're missing the point of what he said. He means it like Riot has made LoL, and LoL has a massive player/viewer base, so they literally know what they're doing in terms of making games enjoyable for players and viewers alike, otherwise, nobody would play them.
