A few years before after class, in the noon, I used to go for a walk for almost 10 km which really helped me lose weight and become fit. I love Uzhunnu Vada too, I had that same thought😂😂😂

This is so on point! Nowadays walking a mere 10k steps a day is so normalised as a benchmark of fitness, soon ‘walking’ itself become a new form of workout, like crossfit 😂

I like you to use the heart rate reserve method for my patients. I recommend moderate-intensity exercise if you are a beginner. Here's a thing. Jogging is high intensity high volume. It will burn way more calories but also end up making you hungrier. Walking is a low intensity high volume exercise, it will help you control your diet.
