It's possible that they're actually married and have a romantic relationship or that they only share guardianship with Joffrey but aren't married but if they're married then it's strange because he always refers to Tesla as Joffrey's "other guardian" instead of "my wife" when usually if couples are really married and in love they will just say "my husband/wife" however I don't think it's impossible that they are really married to each other, Though I would still prefer it if he ended up with Himeko bc they seem to have better chemistry. Also Tesla is too short for Welt and looks like a sad midget besides him hehe. Another thing I find weird was that Welt knew Tesla and was very close with her when he was just a little child and wasn't even a teenager yet while Tesla was like a young adult in her 20's, I know he's like much older than Tesla right now but it's still weird that they were very close back then with each other when he was just a cute little boy that I wanted to cuddle but she was already a adult who was much older than him so it looked sus like she was grooming him when he was a little boy.

Are you speedrunning getting bullied off the internet cuz it sure feels like that, Just because a couple explicitly don't say anything about sex doesn't mean that they haven't done it you know, also Joyce being an adopted child has nothing to do with this both of them treat him like their own child, also not to mention that both Tesla and Welt has shown mutual love towards one another so saying this is like saying Dr.Mei didn't feel anything for Kebin or the same as saying that just cuz Mihoyo deleted the Azure Water chapter where Bronya and Seele kissed means that they are just "friends" like bruh think twice before saying anything like this. Now HSR only players are gonna think that we are just joking around about their relationship. And those HSR only players are shipping Welt with Himeko at times and all I feel is disgust towards those kinds of ships.
