@@zirnragnvindr i had the same question too while i was in that mess, untill i found out that i can just use the same link again to refill the forum and it worked fine. Keep in mind that the link does expire after a while, and after it does do send another email to get a new one
if I had linked the epic games account to my genshin account in the past but I unlinked it then, it is set as a 3rd party account, for question number 6?

I have this account last played on around 2023 i think, I got into genshin again this year and i wanted to login to my old genshin acc. Hmm almost 2 year I lost my account, I try to summit the form I fill all the answers but in the end I can't summit it , It saying that I somehow already summit another which I don't, then I try to tell them but they say I have to wait, how long I have to wait it almost 2 year. It’s really hard because the owner can claim that u stole the account and then made purchases on dates so and so. How do you know the previous owner is trying to take it back? Also u can file a dispute with the website u bought it from to maybe get ur money back
i just realized both GI and HSR already changed account from the hacker. But, i already submitted my report to the Mihoyo before the change thing happen, so do i have to fill the report again or should i just wait?

It took me 2 days to get a reply (I chose the second option), If you selected the first option, which is demanding to retrieve your account, it may take longer

hey pal, my AR 53 account got hacked. i have access to my account through my google account login but, i the sukker changed the email, which in case stops me from changing anything on this account. No mobile no aur any other thrid party is linked to my account right now. Right now i advice whether i should go with email unlinking or account hacked method as he first method will take less time but i have doubts what if can sieze back the control of the account

@@atsuo... Yeah, for as many as you like. Try to only send 1 acc recovery at a time. If you're rejected 3 times already, pause for a day, you might get blacklisted.

youve been blocked since you already got rejected 3 times. You can try with a different email but youve gotta figure out what youre getting wrong instead of just trying over and over again

The date of first login is a lot more important, so i think if you're a bit off for the last time you played, you should be fine. just mention it at the last question of the form.
What if i had all my hoyo games linked to one account (genshin, star rail, hi3, etc...), will i be able to get back all of the saves I've had on them or will it only work for one game?

Hi i been trying to recover my account after it was hacked and everytime i try to send a form in it would be denied in the form i made a google doc to put video clips screenshot in even the last 4 digits of my cards i used to purchase in game items I remember my uid in everything but not the first day i login People told me to check when i got amber but i didn't make that far on the first day i just login and logout in also i have proof of the guy saying he bought my account but it's still not enough i also had my alt account added to my main in the dude don't even login anymore it's been 20+ days since he last login in before that he was logout for another 20 days just to login for 1 seconds at this point i just want to see if i can buy my account back from him because hoyoverse is no help it's been about 9 months since i been trying to recover my account It doesn't even feel like hoyoverse even try to help me Do you have any suggestions
Hi! Never say that someone bought your account because that goes against ToS, as for the google docs they tend to not look at it, they prefer written so if you have other information about your account it's best to type it in the additional information part of the form. Also, idk if it helps but ive seen someone recover their account with their first login date a month off from the actual first log in date. Try to remember the banner when you first joined and look up the month of that banner, I saw someone doign that and they got their account back.
its possible but i think its better to do with your genshin account since hoyoverse might get sussed out and think you bought your acc or smth. but yes its possible

you just tell them you forgot it. if you get the CPU and otehr stuff right, then you might be fine. Ideally you can just google your old laptop model and find the specs
@@BaoPham2 there isn't an option for me to tell them I forgot. I did Google it. But there r several models with different graphics cards 😭 I just picked one that I thought might be the right one and sent it today. Hopefully I can get it back

Watch this video how to get your account back. If you restarted the game even though you used the same information to log in the game (the one u used before you deleted the game) then that means you got hacked.

what if the email i used to register no longer exists? should i use the last used email or the email i used AFTER it got deleted? needed to clarify cause i changed the email of my hoyo account for 3 times total before getting hacked.
if it asks you for the email of registration, just tell them the email of registration. when they ask for a new email to link it to, give them an email you have access to. I dont understand whats causing the confusion? IS there a different question asking for your email?
@@BaoPham2 the issue is that the email of registration is already deleted (rerolling). and my confusion stems from me having 2 different emails, the last one used and the one after i deleted the registration email.

i just got same problem today, i got scammed and the scammer changed my hoyoverse gmail so it affect both my Genshin and Starrail which is pretty sad. im just sent email to hoyoverse now and hoping they will reply as soon as possible. Also good luck for you and for me :)
you have to find your UID no matter what. If you dont have it, youre not getting your account back. Dig through any screenshots, videos, anything. I think there's a file in the hoyoverse folder where you can find your past logged in accounts and it shows your UID, but idk where to find it so youll have to google it since its been a while since ive last seen it.
