great video there is a lot of great information here. However there are a few things i want to mention. First, the GHz to THz analogy is flawed. yes, a light bulb emits more radiation per unit of time than a WiFi router but the hazard of WiFi comes not from the 'brute force' (wattage) but from the penetrating power of the signal. as you mentioned water resonates at 2.4 GHz and since we are 70% water that can be a problem in the real world. The thought experiment that was setup was one single antenna router in a house with no neighbors. However, we live in the real world and most people live in apartments/condos with many neighbors that have multi antenna routers. (look up MIMO) a trick many WiFi device manufactures use to skirt the FCC wattage regulations is they only measure the output power at a un specified distance from the antennathe antenna. Eg, router is rated to broadcast at 100mw of power @ 10ft but, in reality broadcasts 400mw @ 10Ft because of having 4 antennas. The 802.11 A/B/G networks usually are rated at 100-200mw, 802.11 N usually broadcasts at 150 to 250 mw and 802.11AC broadcasts at up to 1000 mw (1 watt). Since manufactures are motivated by money and happy customers = higher profits they will sometimes rate a routers power at 5,10,15, or even 20ft and and call the level of transmitted radiation they measure the maximum rated power of the router. this is called the effective radiated power (wattage) aka ERP, this is not a true measure of power. the true measure of power is the transmitter output power (TOP) which is measured at the location where the antenna connects to the transmitter. going in to the gory details of antenna theory requires a understanding of college physics and calc 2+3. and one more thing, when you mentioned about low level radiation being less harmful than higher doses is the time constant. how large is the dose * the period of exposure. the reason we think small doses are not harmful is because our bodies are able to repair the damage being done before there is a issue. in parting keep this in mind, exposure at 100mw per hr for 100hr (1 week) is the same as being exposed to 10 watts for 1hr. i say this because 99% of WiFi users leave the WiFi on 24/7/365 untill the router dies. I am CompTIA A+, Net+, and security+ certified. as well as being a general class certified HAM radio operator.

Well, call me a cynic if you like but I don't trust any wireless technology - why so? Within 9 months of me deciding to go from the old cable connection and purchasing a wi-fi box for my TV and PC, (for increased speed and what have you) a lump appeared on my neck and when I went to get it checked out by my GP I was referred to a specialist and diagnosed with throat cancer. Previously I was a non-smoker, non-drinker, regularly exercised, cycled, walked, etc and ate healthily. Unfortunately, due to the small size of our house, I was sitting with the wif fi box right near me. I have since undergone chemo and radiotherapy and after going through hell have finally been given the all-clear.... but I'm not the man I once was... all those treatments take something out of you. So, no, I wouldn't recommend any of this... it's just not worth the ultimate price any of us may end up paying.

of course wifi is dangerous, pretty much any wireless connection is susceptible to hijacking, blocking, etc. strangers can grab your personal info from thin air if you connect to the wrong open network, for example.

Not that I agree or disagree with your statement, but there are studies that have proven that there is some effect on the human brain within a spectrum of bandwidth. So even though you made it clear what your position is and I respect that, there is always going to be talk, discussion, study or argument on this topic. Though personally in my small personal office, I have both a wi-fi router that is fairly massive in terms of its coverage, far beyond what is needed for a small home in Taiwan to an almost reachable signal several floors below the 7th floor lol and I sit pretty much right next to it. If it is effecting me, than I am not really aware of it, but on the other hand, who knows. I also have my PC hardwired from the providers router, simply because I do not have a wi-fi option on my PC and I also get the full 100M access for my needs. I have wi-fi for my iMac, macbooks, phones and tablets when not being in the office.
