The caption is rather misleading. The caption is suggestive of luggage tampering whereas your video is totally about luggage collection procedure. Still, you are doing a good job.
I was expecting you to talk about luggage going through customs, being open and inspected. If items were taken or not and the best way to security your luggage for travel...
I breezed into Nigeria on Sunday via premium. My luggage was taken off the trolley because of the type of ticket I had. . We were given a voucher with virgin & the voucher was exchanged for a trolley. The only thing that was annoying was the constant demand for money. I did not give anyone a penny. Thanks for your tips in previous videos . Was very helpful in preparing for the trip. So happy to be back home.
Trolley is free with Virgin Atlantic when arriving into Lagos. A voucher for your free trolley is given to you as you disembark the plane. This has been the custom with Virgin for years.
@@SassyFunke, I must have missed it. I was multi tasking....watching your video while working😊. I love watching your videos as soon as you air them. Your content is top notch and on point. I am a frequent traveller to Lagos and find your content and information invaluable. Please keep up the good work.
Hi Sassy, thanks for such an informative video. I havent travelled to naija in over 10 years and I have been binge watching your video's to adequately prepare myself for what's to come. I be Aba boy so make dem no try me at that airport- An acquaintance told me he lost his tag and had to pay about 10,000 naira to an official. Would also love to see you review other airports like Abuja, Kano, Enugu if possible to compare the experience.
Sassy Sassy, I appreciate your helpful videos!! I will be traveling to Nigeria at the end of the year. It will be my first time going there. I am both nervous about and excited for the trip!
Sassy, Sassy thank you I am coming in with my kids in December being a frequent traveller to Lagos, things have changed since covid haven't been since 2019. thanks for the updates.
You see that one about luggage trolley, I think it also differs depending on who meets you at the airport. They almost tried to collect more from Chris during one of our trips(he doesn’t know how to haggle). Trust the Naija fighterin me to jump out and they collected 150.
Does the luggage not just come through on a conveyor belt? I usually just get it off myself can l not do that in Lagos airport? Im so nervous to fly to Lagos. I will be on my own its my first time flying there and l am a little worried. Someone is meeting me but lve got to get through airport on my own.....lm sooooo excited to come there l cant wait!
Trolley pricing varies according to who is asking for one. I was quoted $20 last time I was in Nigeria 1 year ago. So I declined it and suffered through getting my heavy bags out on my own.
Title of your video.. is your luggage safe? and you said nothing about the safety.. Should bags be locked.. do they tamper with your bags before it gets to the conveyor belt etc
Please Sassy l will be going back to ltaly tru transit from France next month please do you know what is required in Nigeria international airport. Please
There is nothing international in Lagos International Airport... Standard trolley should be free. Trolley service staff sometimes want to fleece you.. Moreover, how do lady tours who asked if you are looking for your luggage get there?
