Are all the exer genies the same? What’s the difference between the speed and strength options? I understand the x vs the belt

Hey Greg, How's it going? I hope you're doing well. So, the difference between Exergeines is the cord length and accessories. The EG itself is the same mechanism. The difference is the speed line has a 36 or 60-m line. This is best for sprinting, HIIT movements, distances, etc. There are a lot of strength exercises you can do on the speed line as well. The strength line is short 10 ft. This allows for more strength, isometric, and alternating types of training, like alternating back rows, etc. The strength line has handles and a bar and the speed line does not. However, you can set the long cord up to do some strength training but not all exercises. I hope that helps. If you have any other questions, let me know. Thanks!
