... but it doesn't though. Plenty of celebrities are openly pro-palestine. People have more so been quiet about everything lately because the Hamas attack and threats make it kind of hard to preach about how victimized they are.

Curious, because I had a different experience online, where a lot of accounts (few of them created before 2022) would spam videos of smouldering Ukrainian apartment buildings with comments like "This is nothing compared to what's going on in Gaza!""what is happening in ukraine is not war! what's happening in Palestine is war!" (real comment from TikTok btw). I'm not saying that what's going on in Gaza isn't a travesty or that they don't deserve our support, I'm saying you should be very mindful of manipulation around the topic, especially wherever russians are involved.

To be fair, I think a number of them are kids who are unaware/don't understand what's happening in Gaza. Still, I wish it was easier for people to make content about this without facing backlash.
