The sums of money, meant for poor Muslims, that both Hamas and Hezbollah have embezzled are mind boggling. The lives of these people could have been made so much better if if had been spent as intended. But then they might not have supported these terrorists.
A lot of this money comes in from donations from Lebanese people from all over the world as well. Arab and Lebanese descent folks send money over to Hezbollah believing it is for a good and decent cause. Many believe Hezbollah is just a political party or a charity, or something in between those concepts.
