If you look at IDF soldiers, many are mentally messed up. Some committed suicide, some can no longer function. When you oppress someone, doesn't matter who it is, it will catch up with you. The more you harm others the more you harm yourself, at first you may not realise it so much but it will catch up. I'm a therapist & have counselled many people & mentally this will eat away at you no matter who you are. Be good, just, fair, kind,,,, it's a win win all around & if you don't well eventually you lose.
