I hadn't noticed the nacelles were different on the ISS Voyager. It is weird that they had it as ISS-74656 instead of NCC like it is in the TOS Mirror Universe. I do like that the nacelles were tucked in. I wish they had actually done that with the real Voyager-A. I also agree that they shouldn't have it as -A for the ISS. It should have just been ISS Voyager NCC-74656. I do believe it was an alternate Mirror Universe because remember they got to the bridge in one version that Tuvix was still alive and Captain of the ship. I dunno if you guys caught onto that or not. I think they did that because there's been a lot of discussion from fans how it was inconceivable that Janeway would murder a sentient being like that. Although she justified it by wanting Tuvok AND Neelix back to how they were originally. I do find the white bussards annoying. That's just my take. I wish we had seen more exterior shots of the ship. I also did like that the ship was fractured in different like how Voyager was in the episode "Shattered".

This is first I've seen of her and I kind of like it. Absolutely agree that it should not be 74656-A. A little surprised that the empire was founded again considering what happened to the last one, I hoped they would've tried something different. Unless like you suggested and it is an alternate mirror universe. 🖖

All the red looks like the Prime universe ships in the final episode of season 1 when they were overtaken by the construct.

It's ironic how the mirror universe steals Federation technology to rebuild their empire. I guess this is the consequence of conquering other species.

It'd be more accurate to say that it's a consequence of their overfocus on conquest and combat instead of science coupled with their frankly cartoonsih levels of backstabbing and infighting leading most of their greatest minds to either die in some scheme before their full potential could be realized or keeping their greatest works within only a tight circle of allies or co-conspirators.

The classic reskin cop out but you could say they're stealing ships from the Prime Trekverse and they are then repainting them.

I don't keep up with the novels or comics at all, but wasn't it established at some point that the Terran Empire did in fact survive to the 24th century but essentially only ruled over Earth? This would theoretically allow for the events of TNG and Voyager to play out with mirror ships and crews, hence an original mirror Voyager.

DS9 established that after mirror Spock preached pacifism the Terran Empire was conquered by the Cardassian-Klingon alliance and the Terrans all became slaves, though there was a noble resistance movement. Its a bit of a jump for them to get back to their Terran Empire ways and seemingly have near identical mirror Voyager-A though, which only really works if its a parallel mirror universe.

@@watcherzero5256 I did a bit more research, what I was thinking about was IDWs next generation mirror universe comics. It looks like they have a Voyager one as well. I know these aren't canon, but that doesn't mean their ideas can't work.

The Terran Empire’s territories have been largely reduced by the Klingon Cardassian Alliance, they’re generally contained within the Terran Solar System, with a few scattered pockets such as Terrok Nor as we see in DS9.

Well captain admiral if you seen the world of warships game apparently they have teamed up with the Star Trek universe and have a few Star Trek ship inspired designs that I believe that y’all would injoy also have a fun trailer for it too

It seems like they would have had to have had stolen the design to get back this sort of design, granted it would not be a shock if their had been a Voyager around the wide span of time they had constitution classes.
