It might contain spoiler. The antidote system is probably used to suppress link from the Pilot brain with the Gund-bits. However, if each and every gund-bits have their own Brain and is sentient. The Antidote system won't work. Aerial is sentient, that's just my theory of course

I think it's much more nefarious than just an antidote canceller.

The reason how Suletta overrode the Antidote was mentioned in the final episode of this cour by Sophie Pulone. Also Lady Prospera said that Aerial reached Permet Score 6 during this duel.

The antidote only works on a max of permet scores three or lower, in these fight aerial had permet score six, its confirmed cause i know pbandai currently has an alt aerial kit listed as permet score six gundam aerial with that color scheme of blue instead of red

idk how somebody could call this show "slow", all of the plot stuff and whatever somehow manages to get packed into each episode like a bath bomb and there's still all the background details that they have to cover in extra materials not put in the show itself, the pacing is going as fast as it possibly can without timeskips

I am also honestly curious what kind of anime the people calling this slow are watching instead.

I find it creepy how she never once panicked. I get being confident but there is confidence and then there is the unerring abillity to showcase almost zero emotion aside from her joy and pain for Aeriel. She is not even the same person.

We still have not seen Aerial in red eye mode. The dkrector said that this is a gundam show and we should expect the show to get atleast as dark as the prolog.

@@zafranorbian757 I suspect Suletta has the perfected blue-shift mode like Eri did in the prologue, indicating that it's not eroding her nervous system like GUND-equipped MS usually do. I totally agree that once that happens we'll be in 'someone please stop Suletta, I'm terrified she won't stop' territory.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this kind of like what Eri did in the Prologue? Just playfully tapping targets on the Lfrith's display like it's a game whilst the Gund-bits responded by absolutely shredding those targets? (Which they deserved, honestly) Kinda interesting to think that the only major difference between those two instances is that Eri's was a life-and-death situation whilst this is a non-lethal sanctioned duel and yet they're both equally unsettling. And sort of similar in execution.

And fighting the most powerful versions of funnels in the franchise, it's like 15+ people shooting at you

Right? The pacing is consistently WAY faster than I expect.

It also showcases her Mercurian environment training. Reading the short story certainly paved a whole new hype for this battle when she showed them what she's made of.

Better to make sure they can't do *anything* to get in the way. If they can't move or shoot, you get what Chuchu did to Shaddiq's MS

always remember to quadruple tap, or the enemy team will gank you from behind

The bits going for the complete decimation of the mobile suits is honestly one of my favorite parts of watching her fight. It's really funny seeing how the bits just systematically gang up on other mobile suits.

Nah definitely unicorn, barbatos is out for blood and didn’t care about grace or some fancy movements while the unicorn is more majestic and of similar behavior to aerial’s

This school is invested by the corporations! Also, this anime takes place where technologies are way more advanced than the world we live in, so the cost might be cheaper than we are expecting to be.

That's gundam. The first thing Amuro ever did was take out two zaku's after literally just stepping into the machine. Gundam's are monsters majestic and a little bit frightening.

And that's why you always root for the guys not in Gundams. Like Ramba Ral, or Rustal Elion (in IBO), or Daryl (Thunder). Because Gundam pilots AND Gundams ARE monsters. They are battlefield defining units that allow their pilots to shape the future of humanity to THEIR will. For any human with a slight understanding of politics, this is absolutely terrifying. And for soldiers in MS that have to face it, it's just as terrifying because it can do things it shouldn't be able to do. They can be saviors, or they can be tools of oppression. But one thing is sure. If you're not a Gundam Pilot, then you should be on the side of the guys that want to destroy every single Gundam in existence. Also, yes, the duo Shadiqq-Miorine deserves more development. Not really hopeful we'll get more, but one can hope.

Print story on official web site told by Aerial she is fully Sapient. Aerial asks Suletta a question that Suletta answers :18 in first episode. You see wall of cabin flash there is no verbal question but clearly one was asked of Suletta. Grandma though something special about Suletta/Eri that would alow her to interact making Suletta a special human in Gundam terms a Newtype. The popular theory makes Aerial the bad that must be destroyed I doubt they go that way it also makes Suletta just a normal person and that not Gundam when there is an accurate fortune teller (newtype) and cyber newtype as well.

this is still only a school battle, so she is fine. But it will be interesting what her actual last words will be if she should show up in season 2, not that the training wheels are off.
