I love all of this and I appreciate the fact that you made Wei Wuxian look noticeably different when he was reborn in the body of Mo Xuanyu. So many of the portrayals of him make him look almost exactly like young Wei Ying even though they're completely different people.

Everytime Yanli's ghost shows up I'm like "Ok, extra tears in my ube cake thank you" ((LOVE this art style and this shade of purple was lovely choice!! I'd talk more about the things I noticed but I found this rather late at night haha. But this was so well put together, many great lyric moments illustrated perfectly, but at the 3:38 portion? absolute perfection, I actually, physically shed a tear))

There was so many great frames in this!! The one where they are standing were Madam Yu and Jiang Feingmien is just, so good. The reference, how pretty it is, just great. Then the one at the beginning where Lan Zhan and Jiang Cheng are holding A-Yuan and Jin ling was also good. And then Jiang Yanli walking a ways behind Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng when they are reconciling. THE LITTLE SHOVE AND EYE SHINE FROM WEI WUXIAN! Literally everything was great!

The “look at where we are. Look at where we started.” made me cry. Amazing job.

Okay but "I know who I married" has such different context here because WWX is saying "I know I married out of the sect" as in "I know we no longer have any obligations towards each other" as in "I know we aren't martial brothers anymore but I still see you as my family" Meaning WWX isn't reaching out to JWC due to a sense of duty, pride, or even loyalty. He's reaching out solely and entirely in love.

oh god, im sobbing I'm the only one of my friends/family who has watched/read this and I love talking about it to them. But I won't ever be able to display how much this story hurts. How tragic the relationship between wwx and jian cheng is. I wish that the author would have gone deeper into this issue and actually give these two time to reconnect. They both need and deserve it so much.

Genuinely made me cry so much my girlfriend was concerned. These guys ADORE each other and in my mind, it's not a fully settled and happy ending until they work things out, because they are two people who still haven't stopped loving each other, despite everything, and who were so put into a bad position by circumstances outside their control over and over again. They deserve to reconnect and rebuild that relationship, and I think it's so important to their stories that they do. This was lovely.

It's been 2 years. And I still can't contain my tears while watching this. This is amazingly well done. The way the purple gets darker with each scene in the beginning, the parallels between "where we ar and where we started", the ghost of Sister when Wei Wuxian is looking at Jing Ling, and the open palms of Jiang Chan when Wei Wuxian jumps with tears towards him. EVERY! LITTLE! DETAIL! It makes me fall in love with this animatic all over again. You did an incredible job! Thank you!!!
