Pat Godwin- "Gansta Folk"
Pat Godwin is a comedian, musician, and songwriter best known for being a member of the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show. Godwin's stand-up comedy combines humorous musings, funny stories, and hilarious songs. Pat has the ability to write and perform funny songs on various topics in different styles quickly. He has released four musical comedy albums in the last two years, including Way Back When, Under The Bed, Captured Live, and Christmas Bonus. Three of these albums went to #1 on the comedy charts. His new single and video "Smells Like Weed" is also "high" on the charts. Pat has won The International Songwriting Competition three times in the Comedy/Novelty category with the songs "First Date," "Nobody Has Pubes Anymore," and "Greek Physique." His new comedy special, “Repeat After Me” is on Open Bar Comedy and can be seen on RU-vid. In addition to his role on The Bob & Tom Show, Godwin has made numerous appearances on television and radio shows, including The Tonight Show, The Howard Stern Show, and Last Comic Standing. Pat was a member of the legendary Morning Zoo at WMMR in Philadelphia from 1988 to 1994. He continues to tour and perform his comedy and music for audiences nationwide and abroad, even though his neurosurgeon says he shouldn’t after two back surgeries!
