Becoming a mother is like God trying to show you how strong and capable we are as women. I also did not believe in traditional practices, but my baby boy has taught me that these two practices work together. Even the traditional healer i went to prayed before she did anything. So its not bad to use or believe in traditional practices, the question should be HOW do you use it i think!!!.
God is not confined in church he is everywhere. When you took the baby you didnt feel guilty but when you consulted traditional healer you felt guilty and felt it was wrong. Still God tried to show you that he manifest everywhere and through everybody the child got better for the forst time. Dont limit God and confine him into a certain place. Pastor prayed many times and nothing happened. Change your perception. We thank God the little guy is well and will continue to rise against all odds.

My sister, the ways of man are not the ways of God. Traditional healers don't have God in their ways, they point to ancestry as deities. This story shows how important (medical) care is during and after pregnancy. How important it is to educate yourself (google symptoms). How challenging the healthcare is here (and that you mustn't be send home when you're not satisfied with the answer). It breaks my heart imagining how much this baby and this family suffered. God didn't desert you, how do you think you are where you are now? God's mercy. God just allows certain thing to happen to us but the bad things that happen to us aren't God's fault. It's all Satan. Why do some people assume that traditional healers are ungodly or are anti-God though? If God created everything and everyone then can we not assume that their gifts are from God? and therefore by putting your faith in the intervention of a traditional healer you are indirectly putting your faith in God.

I am a saved person. I believe in God . A staunch member in Christianity. I believe in God and the Bible is my Constitution. There's nothing wrong in using herbs at all. He lived until he was 3 and eventfully ended his suffering, to this day im still traumatised cause when he died i was in the very next room and i heard him gasping for air until he took his last breath. Unfortunately for me I sometimes don't even know what to believe in because both traditional healers and church have let me down multiple times .I was even raped for several times. I'm just leaving my life I have no idea how. I even think maybe everything was my fault even though some incidents occurred when I was younger than 10 years old. I don't even talk to anybody about what happened to me because nobody will understand. I sometimes wish I could just die.

I have to agree. The whole idea is to allow someone the space to share a personal experience which requires different skills than those you would use when shooting a movie/play. She could have handled the situation about time running out better.
@@seimela Hi Shand, the producer interjected while the lady was still speaking. In a different situation such as a rehearsed clip, this would probably had been acceptable. This case was different in that the lady was sharing a sensitive personal account. It required the same sensitivity when alerting someone that time wasn't even. The way she cut her off was not okay, her tone sounded like she was not engaged with the speaker but was more focused on shooting hence the manner in which she interjected while that lady was still speaking. What is your view?

For further strength, you may have seen it or not there is a world champion Jennifer Bicker, she is an acrobatic athlete who was born without limbs. Credit to her biological mom who failed to live with the thought of what she thought was a disabled child and couldn't love her enough that she dumped the baby. An elderly couple found the baby and adopted her AND the new mom made sure that she eliminated the word "CAN'T" from Jen's vocabulary and that's how she became who she is and the fullness of life beyond a lot of us "able-bodied" humans. When we realise that we are (I AM.) then no physical or spiritual nor mental barrier can stop us. Afterall no one knows for certain what's what in spirituality. We found certain beliefs already in place.
