Thank you! Sure, for video i used the front cam from my phone, which already is grainy in a low light setting like this. Then i used some stock plugins from the freeware video editing software Shotcut, like a Sepia LUT, brightness correction, a vignette, "projector simulation" with changing brightness and some dust particles. For the audio i recorded with a normal condenser mic and then applied slight compression and impulse response from an old RCA ribbon mic, heavy low and high frequencies EQ cuts and saturation overdrive (which also had some tape wobble effect built in).
