Registry export is the only way. Yes, you would backup and save all files. You can save the outlook profile too.

Never used that before. Sounds like a setting needs to be changed on publisher.

You can still access the files even if the profile is corrupted.

@@fatherfigure2766 a lot of these companies use some sort of back up solution.

Usually the chromebook has the doe or the school image. All you need to do is connect to wifi and add printers. It's similar to using Google Chrome itself. Does that make sense? I work for department of education and had to set those up. You can also do this Turn on the Chrome device and follow the onscreen instructions until you see the sign-in screen. Don’t sign in yet. Before signing in to the Chrome device, press Ctrl + Alt + E to go to the enrollment screen. Enter the username and password for an existing Google Apps user on your account that has eligibility to enroll. Enter the username and password from your Google admin welcome letter, or the username and password for an existing G Suite user on your account that has eligibility to enroll. Click Enroll device. You’ll receive a confirmation message that the device has been successfully enrolled.

That's correct. It usually comes back from the server or the portal. Obviously it depends on how it's set up in a company but usually the company has it saved somewhere.

Yep. We never delete accounts. HR might need it later or IT might need it. In this case, profile corrupted so we would back stuff up and delete it. Unless the company has folder redirection or something else.
