@@x2xdj408 Money (GMP in game-Gross Military Product, from Gross National Product), and natural resources needed to deploy and resupply equipment and weapons, and develop new weapons and equipment. You get both by running missions, doing well, and manually stealing resources. As long as you engage with all the basic gameplay elements, it's not something to worry about without considering online play, but that nets tons more resources when you do. That said, this was by no means an expensive run. His pistol was kind of high level, but was entirely unnecessary and he probably just likes it. He uses mostly low level weapons, and actually uses them, but didn't even call in a supply drop, and only called the helicopter to extract. If you don't use the ammo you deploy with it's essentially wasted anyway, so I have no idea what OP is on about. Decoys, C4, and smoke and knockout grenades are a permanent part of every deployment unless you want to go in naked. There's a reason there are eight slots for weapons, and eight slots for items in your inventory overlay. It's all a part of the tactical gameplay.
@@x2xdj408it costs game money to equip anything. Guns, gernades, traps etc. and it costs materials. If you beat the game it’s not really that expensive. You hit a cash limit and are encouraged to use higher grade weapons. This guy just hasn’t played the game properly, probably doesn’t even have the infinity bandana nor the ninja speed suit.
The mechanics of this game are still incredible. I kinda wish Konami would've just milked it. Release a bunch of spinoff games with basically no story, and just new biomes and bases to infiltrate. This core gameplay just deserves so much more.
Well, konami later did release a spinoff with the same fox engine with the same mechanics. It was metal gear survive but it was a multiplayer garbage. Wish konami released the unreleased chapter 3 as dlc/expansion instead of this trash tier project known as metal gear survive. It was such an L decesion for konami.
Without hideo to lead it would have been trash like how survive was trash. Its sad to know one of the most legendary granchises will never be as good. I'm also hoping for the remake of mgs3 they didnt butcher it
9 years later (10 if you count Ground Zeroes) and I still haven't played a game that feels as smooth and fluid to play as MGSV. It's an incredible achievement in controls and responsiveness.
this game puts everything to shame, only thing it's missing is more enemies, needs enemy columns of 20 back up personnel rolling in. I think a remastered version for ps5 might be able to solve that
On one of these missions, you can travel to a fort on the east and west, destroy coms, and then go in guns blazing bc they cant call for backup! so many options to approach a mission! love it
Lol no,it is to explain Big Boss's appareance in Metal Gear 2,as he was killed in the first one,the real one is the one Snake killed at the end of MG2,and in MGS4 it is explained how he survived
No it wasn't? First off, the story told in MGSV is amazing. But if you were to ignore that, it would be made to explain Big Boss' appearance at the end of Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.
No. It wasn’t. It explains how Big Boss survived the events of MG1. If anything, how Big Boss survived being burned to death in MG2 remains unexplained lol
This level of ingenuity is why I welcomed the sandbox game design. Most thank it’s boring and empty, but most really lack the vision to see or even utilize the potential of all the space and resources provided.
4:17 mouse inputs are wonky for this game. Throwable weapons have two throw options, long distance overhead, and short distance underhanded one. On consoles, you would just tap the appropriate button for ST, and press and hold for LT. On PC using mouse, even simple tap causes a long throw. To do the short throw using mouse, you have to press and hold the left mouse button for a fraction of a second. Longer than just tapping the button, but shorter than the intended imput for the long throw. Try it out. One of advantages for ST is flatter trajectory, its easier to throw nades into holes or windows this way.
When they recruit you because they realize if everyone is living a lie, the only peeson whose not living a lie is bullet proof and the strongest man alive. #2025 #DOOM
yep going Rambo is always awesome but damn bro you need to use a controller these jittering camera movements ruin the immersion use a joystick to control the camera is way more fluid and cinematic 😂👍
@@kailee87 you can S rank with kills if you finish the mission quick and also, watch it again, the whole base reports that they are being attacked, but the thing is they did not confirm who or what is killing them, don't be seen :)
@silverstorm1233 A mod, which you were asking for. Probably the best mod in general, you can adjust a ton of parameters. Change how far guards can see, deploy true OSP, have more vehicles and troops roaming on the map. Lots of stuff.
