YES. omg that tall dude is a thing of nightmares.

I thought this was one of the best horror films I'd seen in a really long time - like you said, great cinematography, great soundtrack, suspense and dread all the way through. It was just executed so well. I saw it at a screening with a director Q&A and he seemed like a really cool guy, very talented.

This was an impressive horror movie. I liked how it was a throwback to the slashers of the 70s and 80s. What I liked about it was it was lost in time -- there was no definite time setting. It was fun.

The whole past of passing on the curse (by sleeping with someone else) is definitely The Ring inspiration.

i reccommend the movie Housebound, its on netflix. its a horror comedy which i dont normally like but this one was good. i also just saw it follows and loved it

Holy shit i have been waiting so long for this. :')

I finally picked it up and watched it. Just to clarify, when you sleep with someone else in the movie, it's not that you no longer have it, it goes after and kills the last newest person it was passed on too, then will go back to the next, and the next. The story was okay, the cinematography and shot selections were just brilliant. That alone will make this a repeated watch for me. I also like that pacing...Like a slightly higher paced Italian feel with better acting.

I really loved this movie! Also loooooved the soundtrack!

The cinematography was amazing!! It had unique camera angles and camera movement. The soundtrack was really good. The ending though omg it left the audience have a cliffhanger. This movie was pretty scary which is hard to find now a days because of the cliches of horror. I would defiantly recommend this!

Have you watched The House of the Devil? It really has an old school 80s vibe to it... Its more of suspense than actual horror but I thought it was really good, a bit cheesy at the end, but still good

Please review the town that dredded (don't know if I wrotet that right) sundown! It has a great camera work and the story and the acting is good too! I only saw it for the director because he did a few episodes of glee and american horror story and you can see that style of his in some episodes of glee. Amerocan horror story not so much because the style is mostly the same in that show:D

There is a horror film coming out this summer called the Gallows. Looks intense. And a remake of Poltergeist I believe.

I personally didn't like it, yeah the cinematography was amazing, but there's a lot of things without explanation and the pool scene I feel it was a total plagiary from Let The Right One In.

I loved this movie. It had me on edge the whole time. Not too gory, almost no jump scares... it was just the best kind of horror. I thought it was funny when you said you weren't expecting much from the soundtrack at first -- my SO is a huge video game music nerd, and he loved Fez, so the only reason he went to see this with me was because he wanted to hear the soundtrack by Disasterpeace.

Loved this movie. I'm a huge horror fan and although this wasn't your typical horror film, I was pleasantly surprised. Best New horror movie to come out in a long time.

My brothers roommate wrote unfriended :) It was a stressful movie

It Follows was so creepy and suspensful! I do want to see Unfriended but am not as excited for it. I don't think the suicide thing is a big issue since I never hear anyone be sympathetic towards people who committed suicide anyway... usually people just rant about how awful and selfish it is, so if they are unsympathetic in a movie who cares, they aren't sympathetic in real life anyway. But the characters in Unfriended look really shallow and annoying, kinda like all those cheesy 80s horror movies where you don't care if the villain kills them b/c they're so stupid anyway.

Sarah, I have seen Dreamcatcher. It is an adaptation of Stephen King and i found it really creepy and scary. I think you will like it!

Unfriended looks like it'll be a so-bad-it-might-be-good horror film. x) I am more excited to see that one as well, because of the heavy marketing. As for the "controversy" over the suicide plot, I will say that as a suicide survivor, I am not offended in any way by it. It's just a horror movie. No need to take it seriously.

Not going into major detail about it, and I'll talk more about it when you post the review for it, but Unfriended was a huge letdown for me. For it to be the most anticipated horror film in years, it was just plain bad.

First, this girl can go further if she stop acting like a total zombie...err i'm talking about that main actress in IT FOLLOWS. Not bad movie though, but seem like a typical nerd boy idea to come up with something like this. Hench the mom & son scene. (kinda expecting something like that) Hehe
