Jimmy is the greatest eye for talent I have ever seen in football. He took players that were passed on and turned them into pro bowlers. Scary what could have happened if remained as coach but Jerry liked his ego too much. The fans suffered for this and the Cowboys haven't won the trophy since.

I would love to see Jimmy Johnson come back for a couple of years. I really think he still has the Fire in his belly for a Superbowl win.
