@Jeff C I'm sure that was just a flat attempt to make a joke to break the tension. It just didn't work out that way. But if competing with ice was their wrongdoing, then can coolers wouldn't have been invented. Lol. It's a decent idea. I just think they should've made it so that it could hold at least 6 cans. Plus, I didn't hear whether it needed to be charged like a phone or plugged into an electrical outlet. If yes, then that would be another drawback, depending on how long the battery lasts for.

This should be advertised toward gamers, and instead of selling it like a cooler, maybe sell it as something that maintains your cooled temperature, I know when I’m gaming and I crack open a coke, the first sip is 100x better than the last because it’s no longer as cold, and I’m not gonna put my coke in a fridge in between sips. The product has potential, I’ll buy one for me, but because I’m not a millionaire and don’t have enough money to invest, I’m out.

So you have to replace a can every couple minutes, as well as find freezer space for extended periods of time? Its so much more convenient to put ice and all your drinks for the day in a single cooler that doesn’t require fridge space. The fact that they push aside criticism by calling it just “macho men on the internet” shows they don’t have an answer for it. Mr Wonderful was too nice, this product and pitch was awful

How is this different than a lunchbox? I could put three bottles of water and an ice pad into any $15 lunchbox and it’ll do more over these guys.

When someone quits a super high paying job because they don't feel "fulfilled" that's an immediate eyeroll. It's a job, just do the work, stack the paper and put yourself in a good position. But if you quit to start a business, and 99% of all businesses fail, at least get funding and prove product/market fit BEFORE you quit!

Some people put mental health, happiness, and work/life balance over making money. You don't get to take your money with you when you die. I'd rather enjoy my life than work it away for stuff that doesn't matter. I'm guessing you're a play it safe kind of guy who never takes risks.

that's a weird take. not taking these guys as an example, but quitting a job is still an option for anyone no matter how much you're getting paid. There's time and mental health not just money. If this is your line of thoughts, either you're driven by money or a boomer with "secure job" mentality.

Yeah i think thats super important. Like if its cools in 30-45min max, then it should work for single use no problem. Idk if its just me, its its a two bottle or can buffer. I take one out, two are cold, now i replace a warm one with the cold one i have. By the time I've drank and replaced my first and next two, the first should be cold again.
