Ingredients for making perilla leaf kimchi
200 perilla leaves
140g of chives
10 Asak peppers
10 cheongyang red peppers
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup of anchovy sauce (200 ml)
4 tablespoons plum syrup
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons vinegar
If you make it this much,
I think it's perfect.
We only use the basics without any seasoning.
It's okay when you don't have any appetite.
