Hey there! Just moved from Florida, My place there has basically the exact same layout as yours-no joke, shop and all. You won't regret it, trust me. Turn things into a "Module" setup to maximize your space. With such a big area, you can be super efficient and lay things out just the way you want. Consider leaving a small space for "comforts," like a little "break area" and maybe even a couch for power naps. Oh, and a water cooler is a must-stay hydrated, fam! By the way, you've got a new subscriber; I dig how you move, much respect. Stay blessed up kid!
Thanks I really appreciate the advice, I feel like half the time I do stuff it takes me 10x longer to decide on what I want to do versus actually just getting it done.. but I think pre planning is definitely better for this project! And yes i will absolutely have a break area, probably just in the workshop under the the AC :) Thanks again!

Just found your channel from the " how to import " video. already one of my favorite channels now! So in line with what I'm into , doing, and want to do. In the middle of selling my home in Clearwater and got a little over acre of land in Crystal River to build on and want to build a shop for my cars and whatever else! Very nice building! Thank you for sharing the costing and breaking it out. I'm considering a 30x60 or 80, not sure yet. Oh, how did the final cost compare with the estimates? I'm guessing as the project was completed perhaps a 10-15% cost increase?
@chris-ut6eq Yeah about that.. I think I was planning on 75-85 when we did the estimates and we were in the 90s. All the price ranges ended up on the higher end so if a tree removal was ball parked between 500 and 700.. mine was the 700... (Big pine trees). The dirt was really the big overage.. about 10k over by itself..
