Taking it slow is what I did with my horse I’ve had her for 21 months a few days away from being 22 and she just had her first show 2 weeks ago and guess what.. it was ONLY WALK TROT. That’s taking it slow.

Lady has Sabino markings which is a genetic pattern common in Clydedales. She is not a roan.

I never thought of that. I was thinking those were maybe rub marks from when she was an Amish horse.

@@mered30 My Arabian mares have Sabino pattern, characteristics include, ticking through the flanks, sharp jagged blazes and white stockings, though the sabino pattern in clydesdales and Arabians is genetically different, it has similar characteristics.

Packing a lorry the night before is fine but depending on where you are, however I never used to pack the trailer or the 4x4 the night before when I had one as there far to easy to get into and your stuff robbed. Iv learnt from packing the lorry the night before to always have a 'tick off' list so you no what you've already packed and what you still need to.
