Whats Crazy Is Cole Fans Acting Like He Been Like this When all people are asking is to stand on the shit he's been saying in his music claiming hes the Muhammad ali of the Big 3😂😂
Maaaan, this was hard to watch ngl. I knew when the Kendrick diss dropped someone probably was gonna leave the situation not looking the same, but I never imagined this, cmon Cole.
@@realone2321 What Kendrick does is also sneak dissing lmao. He didnt mention Drake's name so technically it's sneak dissing. No rapper being brave and saying names no more.
The "fans" were asking him to do it they wanted to see it he dropped it because of fan pressure it was rushed it was great then those same fans turned there noses up at it
It would be okay if like 70% of cole bars werent about how hes the goat and no one else is close. But the second an mf challenges him he give up the throne. Pick a lane
J.FOLD bout to drop another album: “The Apology” •The Better Man ft. Drake •Diss & Miss •I Just Cancelled Culture •Self Infliction Conviction •The Glaze Phase (fan requested) •I Stand by my Stans •Not enough lungs for the Smoke 💨 •Bars before cars 🚗 •I Hold this L for ‘Lamar’ Can’t wait
This shit is lame asf. What’s worse is ppl are supporting this decision talkin bout “this is maturity”. Fucking please. It’s competition, not a damn drill beef. At least akademiks is saying drake told him he has no intention of backing down. Glad someone’s willing to keep it interesting.
Hell yeah, maturity and being True to self is cool but as a fan, I’m thinking why did you even say anything? I was interested to see this aspect of him 🤦🏾♂️
It's like he's scared he's gonna end up face down on a curb for insulting the Don. Or a nba player hitting a layup instead of a drunk to respect the team that knocked his team out of the playoffs last year.
“Interesting” bro you clearly a diva who feed on drama, you ain’t got nothing else to do. It ain’t no competition, Kendrick last album was a flop and the man is insanely inconsistent. Cole got more and doing more numbers, ain’t no competition, just a little man trying to revive what’s left of a career
@@EveningShowWithJeremiah No J Fold can't compete so he bowed out coping pleas and apologizing. He can't say he's the best but when it's time to prove it he throws the white flag. Now you J Fold fanboys are trying to come up with lame excuses to justify this weak move.
@@euneadventure3112 i cant understand how any of you are actually fans. You cant be if this is the reason for your determent. Its actually sad how fickle "fans" are
As a Cole fan who grew up in Fayetteville. I’m severely disappointed in Cole. I think he thinks he’s being the “bigger” man from some kind of moral superiority standpoint. Honestly, he just seems soft now. Sad.
the musics better than ever (especially underground stuff), but the beef is lamer than ever. This shits more drama than music. Theres no substance behind it
Just a reminder J Cole dropped False Prophets to diss Kanye just 2 days after Kanye got out of a mental institution for a mental breakdown but thinks a "back and forth" with Kendrick is beneath him. J Cole only punches down. Edit : J Cole had more smoke for Noname than Kendrick.
@@entityoferrorsyall bringing Jesus in a hip hop discussion is crazy. Let these folks discuss they topic without all that, not everyone has the same beliefs
If I wasn’t aware of what business they were in - I’d understand “apologizing for stepping out of character”. Thats an adult move. However, in the MC world, this is shit.
J Cole just did the impossible favor nobody realizes & that is he ended the big 3 bullshit & in the long term possibly united what remains of traditional Hip hop. Drake isn't even mature eneough to ignore Anthony Fantano.
Well on the drake part the whole “we don’t trust you” album was for him. Future and Metro clicking up with everyone to attack him. So his “speech” was for everyone. Now just Cole, I have no words
When I watched that J.Fold clip I was disgusted to the highest degree. That honestly made me appreciate 50 Cent even more. 50 been on Ja Rule and Rick Ross necks for 20+ years now.
That’s what I thought too. He coulda kept going, or he shouldn’t have responded to begin with and instead put out an announcement on his IG saying he’s not interested. He’d probably get hate either way tho which is sad
The truth is exposed that J Cole isn’t who he says he is in his music at all. It’s actually pretty funny because most of his content is calling other rappers out (subliminally) on being fake. He just showed us what looking past the “smoke and mirrors” he says we fell for as the statement relates to him. Pathetic. This is a not a rapper. He might as well go start a band.
Jcole let us down man. The hoops I jumped through to make this man sound like the leader of the 3 and he can’t even stand in his own words. All hail Kendrick. F jcole
J Cole once said ''I be stayin' out the way, but if the beef do come around Could put a M right on your head, you Luigi brother now'' but now he folding damn cole
J Cole literally just killed his own career. Is he just that scared of competition. His words people want to see blood is comical . Everyone knows this isn’t a real street beef that’ll end in violence . This is supposed to be Lebron going at Kobe but just like Lebron j cole wants to be buddy buddy with everyone
If Drake did this everyone would be calling him a zesty soft actor pretending to be a rapper. J Cole apologises and he gets praise ? And people are saying “he’s talking the godly route” it’s rap not bloods vs crips get over yourself 😂
I bet kendrick is gonna come out and Fatality J. cole and lure Drake out of witness protection by saying "at least this chihuahua and a random AI came out and responded harder than drizzy"
Be crackup if Kendrick had a proper diss track ready for Cole and he still dropped it. That's a body bro. Then it comes down to Drake and Kendrick and...think we now how that one goes.
At this point I'm wondering what the Dreamville members are thinking about this. Did Cole speak to them about this before embarrassing himself or did he spontaneously decide to bitch out of the top 1 battle?
they probably don't give a shit and its business as usual. Only people that care about this shit are twitter drama watchers. This wont even effect coles career. i don't even know any hiphop heads who give a shit about this "top3" bulshit. People who into hip hop know that those 3 aint the top 3 anyway.
@@itsyourboysnow To be real, i don't have a top 3. i don't consider anyone to be at the top. I base my opinion on albums. If i love an artist and they drop a mid album they moving down, don't matter who it is but that's entirely subjective. Drake hasn't released a good album in a min and I think Mr moral was massively inflated by die hard fans that will ride regardless if the music is mid or not. I find that that is the issue with hip hop. its not the lack of competition in general but lack of competition with self. Everyone trying to one up each other to the point where the project is worse than the one they dropped before but better than the one they competing with.
@@taylorcliff6609 facts, fans will warp the truth to favor their favorite artist, regardless if it's mid or not. But I think that's just a people thing. You can get fans like that on most genres not only hip hop/rap, just that it's exaggerated because of the big talk and bravado culture it's built on
@@itsyourboysnow *warning, This is kind of a long tangent* its weird to compare hip hop heads to other music genre lovers XD We completely different people. Hip hop was built on people telling their story, Their truth. At some point during its global inception, it became about telling a story regardless whether it was true or not but we as fans of the true art, don't accept that if the artist wishes to be compared to ones that are telling the truth. Other genre fans tend to just accept it, as long as it sounds good, they don't care about who's behind the mic truly. Taylor Swift songs can be sung by anyone with a good voice and be good, that's what makes it pop, its easy to follow and catchy. Thats not to take anything away from her. Shes just a good song writer but kinda generic really.
I'm not a huge hip-hop community fan, I do know artists and stories, but not on a that level if you will...and it's soooo funny how people aren't happy with Cole. Like, even Ak couldn't sleep because of this. 😂😂😂
I kinda feel bad for j cole but f the stans that were meat riding cole deserve this it's hilarious how yesterday they were everywhere calling his diss harder than anything kdot has ever written and today they're nowhere to be seen 😂
I was there with the homies, and we were shocked. That being said, Cole was the one we wanted to spar with Kendrick. Drake doesn’t have the courage or the bars to duke it out with Cole. Furthermore, it wasn’t Cole’s beef, he just got subs so I get it. Cole definitely he will recover from it, that narrative is silly. Also - it was in Raleigh. His hometown is Fayetteville (I was stationed there).
This whole shit is a joke. Cole isn’t the guy we’ve made him out to be, Drake hasn’t put out a decent album since 2018, and even Kendrick isn’t talking the way he used to
Don't even speak Wayne's name in this conversation. Wayne and them are the reason Drake is out here looking like a whole goof trying to fight their fight with Push that they started.
That's not his character I'm so lost when was the last time j cole said fuck you to another rapper or actually diss someone niggas never liked j cole from the start so it really doesn't matter We just wanted some friendly competition that's all
J Cole is really humble and intelligent. Cole made a call for CHANGE now after this? he does come off as someone who got rich but although intelligent mentally stayed poor. I mean style aside? really?
Honestly … I think a lot of signs points to Cole having imposter syndrome. He choked during BLM, passed leadership to a woman… WHAT?! Was challenged, then put out this weak ass track… I didn’t like the come back. I don’t like Drake, I like Cole and K. Dot…. These men supposed to be masculine.. Drake is a plant… he not a rapper… I know Drake got ghost writers… so IDK. Win by default is an empty win. Kendrick wanted to be challenged. I guess Kendrick gotta throw shots at a real rapper like Eminem… someone who can handle the smoke.
Just out of curiosity would the Jcole fans be less disappointed with him if he never did the diss to begin with and just said he wasn't interested? I always felt that's the route he shoulda took especially in hindsight
Thank you! I really can't understand people trying to defend Cole saying stuff like this is a mature response, or how you gon diss your homie 🤨If you wanna talk big you gotta back it up
Bro was like “ if I don’t compete you all won’t know who is the best “ Jermain you wrong as fuck at this point. J-Cole should just move to Jamaica & just do features jr. Marley or remix bob Marley song with rap…wtf was Jermain thinking!
Cole didn’t apologized to Kendrick for fussing him, he apologized to his fans for acting like he did in the past The way I see it is if 2 UFC legends that respect each other had to fight because one called the other out, the one that got called out knocked out the one calling him out, then after it was over he regretted it cuz he never really had real beef with him in the first place, it was just competition
Coles been talking his shit forever, but as soon as it comes to Kendrick he pussies out. I don’t even care about someone “winning” or “losing” in a beef, it’s for the CULTURE
J Cole munchin’ on Drake’s meat while dissing Kanye. He sampled Kanye’s song for his first big hit ‘Workout’ and then when Nas said he wasn’t feeling it, he immediately backpedaled and made ‘Let Nas Down’. This mf never stood on his own feet, he just does what the majority wants. When Kanye publicly hires songwriters for his albums, J Cole disses him. When Drake hires ghostwriters for his tracks, he praises him the most. What kinda hypocrisy is this? Kanye never hid the fact that he hires writers like CyHi, Pusha T, etc. Drake actively avoided the ghostwriter allegations. J Cole’s nothing but a pawn now.
What makes me even more sick are all the soft ahh non hip-hop casual "fans" saying "hEs just bEiNg tHe bIgGeR aNd mOrE mAtUrE pErSoN, wHy yA wAnT tHeM tO bEeF?" nggz acting like this some Pac and Big beef... It's all WAX! It's just music and entertainment, it's competition! THIS IS HIP-HOP!
This is the guy who made songs like "Pride is the devil" and irl hes very self deprecating talking about "chase their greatness", when you say things like that how could people think he was challenging for no.1? Cole looked all too comfortable falling on his sword. Most rappers would be having sleepless nights after something like THAT, not the diss track. TBH I'm just curious to see how this affects the sales when he drops his album.
This feels like that kid that hang out with the cool kids, start thinking he cool too, sez something in the heat of the moment on some feeling type ship, and, finishes his sentence with thank you i love you coz he doing it for the optics.
i swear this just shattered how i see this nicca. This will hunt him forever it will hinder him in arguments and his fans. I don't wanna ever hear his nicca rap about how he will smoke anyone. He better pray Kendrick don't respond coz he will clown this man to tears
Hey Bro I'm so maD.!!! J cole was my pick and I feel like he let Hip Hop down. KDot said," It's time to prove that he a problem!!!" Turns out he unproblematic. This is like Rodney King saying cant we all get along after cops beat his ass for 2 hours! Cole I feel you that you dont wanna tear black men down but HIP HOP has ALWAYS been about competition. If that was the case you shoulda kept yo mouth shut from the gate. You calling yoself Muhammad Ali. Somebody call Muhaammad Ali out, He meeting em in that ring!!! So you can never ever ever ever say that you the best again! Damn (sad emoji face).
J. Cole took a W although it took a few weeks to see it. Him stepping down as early was the smartest thing he could have done before this drama mostly before it truly started or got as big as it currently is. As Patrice O’neal would had said, you gotta be righteous and J. Cole is righteous on this one and got true peace of mind but can’t say the same for Drake.
Like imagine downplaying your friend because he said he didn't feel comfortable doing something that he felt pushed to do and then hating on him . Ya gotta use ya brains and out yourself in someone else's shoes instead of only thinking about yourself
That's different if my friend has been bragging about being the best in his craft. If I love my friend and he believes he's the best, I'd expect him to back up his claims and stand ten toes. Or not talk at all. Really that simple. Doing a diss and backing out looks more like talking out the side of your mouth.
@@juniorjunior5884 but that's different Cole isn't a URL artist and we've never expected him to do diss tracks . But I understand wym about claiming to be the best in the craft
Drake isn't gonna respond because he knows he fell off so instead he buys up his competition so he doesn't have to compete. He couldn't buy Kendrick so now he's letting both of them fight while he stays safe. Cole doesn't get to apologize because he built his entire career on claiming he's the 🐐(and sneak dissing Kendrick). It was def weird for him to come outta nowhere settling with Drake for the top spot, and at the same time claiming he's still the best on the same track. Now when someone challenges that, he wants to say it was all a prank?? nah bro
