Dessert in 5 minutes! The dessert is so delicious that I cook it almost every day! No flour/sugar!
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Pour warm water over 80 g of dried apricots for 5 minutes
50g walnuts
100g peanuts
50g almonds
30 g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
a protein
1 tablespoon honey
a pinch of salt
Form cookies on parchment
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
First, let the cookies cool completely
