It's so delicious that I cook it 3 times a week! Incredible ground meat and Eggs Recipe! All the flavors of a classic cheeseburger, baked into a frittata! It’s easy to make and really hearty. Definitely great for a crowd. If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet you can brown the beef and onions and then transfer everything to a baking dish. Serve this cheesy masterpiece with some sriracha or ketchup on the side. Also if you don't have an oven, you simply can cover with lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese melts! Ingredients:
450g (1 lb) lean ground meat
1 tbsp olive oil
1 Shallot
8 eggs
60 ml (1/4 cup) heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper
170g (6 oz) Cheddar cheese
Parsley (optional)
Transfer dish to the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350° F / 175°C
