Join the concrete crew as we finish up a large project that included a retaining wall, sidecar parking and a driveway removal and replacement. The job came out great and it's on to the next one. Enjoy!
*Eric is "thinking, and rethinking about his side work jobs.... Ryan teaching him to be conscientious about "doing things RIGHT" , and the QUALITY of his work ..... NICE* !!!!! 😉👍👍👍👍
It’s great to see how Eric has matured in his work patterns. He’s been doing a great job lately and his humor is still funny 😂 great stuff Eric keep it up!
As someone who has taught management courses at the college level for over 12 years, I would like to congratulate you on your management skills. You are honest with your employees and you are ready to do the same job they are doing. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You have a beautiful family and a good crew.
Excellent job on the wall. Nice to see proper footings in place w/rebar! Plus placing first set of stone in green concrete to set level up pitch. your first set will always show a proper alignment as you set the base everything else falls in place . This is what shows professional quality craftsmanship! from the back yard wannabes or know-it-all. 👍🙋♂️from IOWA.
Running into this channel was truly a blessing. Not only are your videos entertaining but they're very inspiring. I see all the hard work you put in and you do it in such a respectable way. I've been watching for over a year now and you've definitely become my favorite RU-vidr. Thank you for the entertainment, you and the crew are awesome!
It never get old watching your videos & crew! Because of YOU, I love concrete! I'm a Marine, EMT, Fire Fighter & Former Police. So to get loving concrete and looking for that type of work says something! Keep up the great work my friend! Say hello from the real Eric!
Thank you so much for your service. Like you Disable Marine Veteran, EMT, HS Teacher in LA and bonding/recovery agent. I’m loving what Ryan and the Victory Crew are doing. “Easy Money”.
i dont know how you do it man. that consistency of waking up early and getting up and finding that motivation to get stuff done i really wish i could do that. i struggle with being consistent with myself and doing things to better myself. i hope by watching your videos everytime that it would help me to do better not only with myself but with life. thank you for the videos! keep grinding and much love.
Integrity and honesty. Keep up the good work. I'm a similar contractor in a different trade. I hang a lot of doors, thousands of them, and I honor my warranties forever even though I know buildings move and change just like the Earth does for the concrete. Keep up the good work
Hey Ryan, you remind me a lot of my uncle who did concrete and epoxy… he was awesome but also very strict and a hard worker. He was great. One thing he did for his guys would offer them a pay raise if they quit smoking or chewing etc. he wanted us to be the best person we could be. Maybe that’s something you could do for your guys
Something I think would be pretty neat for your winter stuff is going to a couple of Eric's jobs and showing us his work. Obviously with you its up to Victory standards, should show us Eric standards.
Callbacks are quite simply spinning your wheels. But like you say, necessary, but then you get to hear thank you all over again. I just do them and love it.
I always like to see the finished work run through. Could be even cool to see a couple "before / after" still shots or video tours? And that cat needs a raise.
After seeing your video yesterday about the shortage, didn’t think I would see a new video today. Made my lazy Sunday afternoon! Thank you so much for the great videos. Much respect from Albany New York!
I’ve been a customer builder for 23 years now. If you were in South Carolina you’d be the only concrete guy I’d ever use. Awesome work! Eric, Bugs, Ray, Ryan Jr. are the best - great, positive group of guys.
I missed seeing Annie in the videos, I wasn't expecting to see her doing the garbage with you but I was surprised to see her there and it put a smile on my face.. it's good to see her back in the videos
I’m loving how far Eric is coming along and it’s nice to see you guiding him and letting him progress even going as far as ordering g his concrete for him, you’re a great boss to see greatness in someone and help them to progress
@@Bob-te3le Ryan is a kind human he is training his staff different to how he was trained, there is nothing wrong with a bit of guidance now and again and plus he needed concrete quick and new Ryan’s connections with Schmidt will get it asap
I actually started laughing out loud when Ryan heard the mariachi band was 3,000$ for 4 hours😂😂 keep up the good work guys! And stay off that grass dang it😂
goooood morning victory family.. hope everyone is doing well... have a wonderful day . and always remember "SAFETY FIRST THEN TEAMWORK" Well thank you for this video ,I always enjoy waking up and spending the first hour of my day with such an awesome crew..it really sets the day to be a victorious one.. well God bless everyone .
18:00 I’ve been doing concrete since I was 12 and I’m 20 now. I absolutely love collecting every time a driver gives me a hat or sticker or anything at all. Some of these drivers you see multiple times a week for months in a row so it’s nice to know they appreciate us enough to bring us something extra.
That’s probably one of the best jobs y’all have done with the retaining walls included. Excellent work sir. To you and the crew and especially Buggs. And Jada lol
That mini van on the gravel pile brought back a memory. We had a small pile on the side of the road with one cone on the edge of it. Ups truck smoked it and sent gravel everywhere
@@cateatfood6634 I’m in Telephony. Retired from the import/export business. I learned about this cat thing when ours turned 17 he started doing this… he’s almost 20 now and going strong.
Praise God Mr Ryan I have been watching your channel for a long time and the new one as well, I must say that I Love concrete ever since I was a little girl it is amazing what you can do. And it amazes me how beautiful it is when it's done. I love this driveway. But I liked the one that went all the way up and then the walk way and steps and the chipmunks partying on the garage floor.
A NEW SUB FROM the U.P.of MICH.were to get our first snow this afternoon maybe 12 to16 inches. I love you and your crew. I drove mixer, gravel train,D6,grader and what ever. I sure enjoy your videos...Ben retired 21yrs. From Big Papa 81yrs old.
eric needs to show us some of his jobs hes great with the camera Also get the gopro 10 for the next camera it has a replaceable lenses instead of having to buy a whole new cam
So awesome to wake up on a Sunday morning to a great video. Thank you for a great start to my day. I agree on the Dodge cars, what are they thinking going all electric for muscle cars.🤦🏻 Congrats on your upcoming marriage Mike! I wish you nothing but the best. God bless you guys, and your families, VICTORY STYLE!!
I enjoy watching your videos. Always look forward to them in the mornings. Even with the shortages going on, you always have a good attitude and really respect you. Especially helping Eric with his own workings. Good luck to your family and team with the tough times.
I like Marcel( spelling?) he’s a quiet man especially in the morning. He reminds me of me, I wasn’t much on running my mouth but on the roof there is plenty of that. It’s nice of you to acknowledge the young man that sent gifts and wrote you that letter. It sends a positive influence that he won’t forget. Watching from Panama City Florida, USA. 🇺🇸. No Snow Just Breeze!
Ryan, Im watching these videos again and when you were dipping the gravel out of the truck for grading, I tensed up. They other day a contractor was putting stone in for grading. He was doing that exact same thing, when he started getting rock from the truck the locks on the gate came loose and slammed into the machine. Busted the window and thankfully he didn't get hurt. The gate was low enough it just got the window. Stay safe guys.
Another great job guys 💪💪I cant wait to see erics steps...I know he got it...that pupper doggy is starting to fill out and get some weight to her..STAY BLESSSED GUYS!!!
i notice in a lot of videos when interacting with fans, they literally intrude your personal spaces and act like they know everyone. And then make jokes about them like theyre involved in the situations. Like cracking jokes about being late, or sleeping in. Does that ever get old? You guys handle it all with grace and kindness.
I love watching the channel, new subscriber over the summer time can't wait to see where the channel goes. By the way I'm a carpenter by trade and I love seeing the way you form everything together with your steps and the retaining wall you did in the last video 👍👍👍
Yes! Victory Style! Ryan your crew really work well with your conducting like an well oiled machine. I would love to participate in a job but I'm all the way in Guam. Great job guys! Eeeeeeasy Money!!!
Tino or Tito I’m unsure of his name always brings a happy and work hard attitude ik your team is very full and you don’t always need him but he is a great worker
It's where you were talking about stripping a patio and I just watched one of them last night where you were stripping a patio I think it was 2 months ago. I'm trying to get all your videos watched. Looks good
Ryan can you please put a video out tomorrow for your Florida fans especially me who look up to you as a human being. We are likely to be without power for serval day's maybe weeks like Hurricane Irma. Being in Tampa we're going to take a direct shot as a Cat 3 hurricane. Your video's really help me and other's get through hard times. Thank you brother!
Ryan I know you know better. Get that wire closer to the edge. Some spots over a foot off the form. You know that’s the most important area. If it cracks on the edge that wire will hold it together. We’ll chalk it up to crete was there waiting lol. Good work man. Keep it going. I’m a small concrete business owner myself. 10 employees. Two crews. One commercial and one residential out of md/de.
I had a pretty routine #2 schedule for years, at my old job. Consistent daily schedule, consistent eating times, and consistent diet will do that to you.
Hey Ryan, first time commenter. I became a father on Friday, I’ve been watching your videos while my son keeps me up all night. Great stuff! Would you ever do a driveway in Minnesota?
Ryan throwing big defense on that potential workman's comp claim. Oh your knee is hurting at the end of the season? Definitely didn't happen here 😂 Tuning in from Trenton, New Jersey 609 . We eat pork roll here
A number of times during hurricanes in my area, the national guard comes and lines the hwys with these mile long thick rubber tubes that they fill with thousands and thousands of gallons of water. When they are full they are about 6 - 7ft tall and no water gets past them. Pretty crazy seeing it for the first time as a kid
I 100% get the part about the taking the job home with you. I do that exact same thing. I plan my job out, and its always interrupted. It never fails, but i still do it just in case I get left alone.
RU-vid has silently turned into what PBS used to be locally. Shows put on by local talent that the younger generation gets motivation from to become more in life. You sir are this generations Mr. Roger's neighborhood
Awe man... All I did was edit Mr Rogers name and I lost the like from Victory🤦 welp at least I know Ryan saw it. Keep up the great example. It's such a great channel with great guys.
Yeah that rainstorm was horrible, that's when I found out my roof leaked so that was fun tearing out the drywall on the ceiling and pulling out soggy insulation haha
Did you have your insurance company look at it first cause you can void the contract. My former boss had wind and hail damage on his roof and he went up tar a few spots before having it looked at and voided the contract to have his insurance pay for a new roof but they did pay for the internal damage.
