How did he get the high ground so close to the rally event? I predicted an attempt would be made, but so did many others including Tucker Carlson. I’m no expert, but isnt it protocol for the secret service to secure the area including elevated areas, rooftops overlooking the rally ??? Extreme incompetence or it was deliberate.
