I learned this recipe from a chef friend from Germany. This is how meat was prepared in old times in small German taverns. The result is an aromatic, delicate flavor.

Ingredients
700 g pork belly.
beer 500ml.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
600 g potatoes.
Oil.
Fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Salt and pepper.
Fry on the other side.
3 onions.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 teaspoon of Provençal herbs.
500 ml of beer.
Place the meat.
Stew for 30 minutes.
Boiled potatoes.
100 g (0.2 lb) sour cream.
Lemon juice.
Olive oil.
1 teaspoon of mustard.
2 teaspoons of honey.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Black pepper.
1 red onion.
5 pickles.
Dill.
Boiled potatoes.
150 g sour cream.
Dill.
1/2 cucumber.
Grate.
1 teaspoon of salt.
