Hello lovely people of RU-vids! Today I am cooking bruschetta with the wonderful boys Ben and Mike from Sorted Foods. Yes! They are the bests! Well, maybe not as good as me because I am cooking soooooo good!
Only jokings. They are very very good indeed.
Today i'm going to show them how to make the Italian classic snack bruschetta. Not 1, not 2 but 3 ways!!

This was such a cute video to watch. Him working with Ben and Mike was so adorable. xD When I first discovered his channel, he reminded me of my Italian grandfather who passed away, and I was so surprised that I cried during the first several videos that I watched. It was hard to get over it, but it's fun to watch him enjoy life through his cooking.

Italian guy here. This man totally KNOWS how to cook italian style. Not like some fake dudes who open a "restaurant-pizzeria", call it with some kind of Italian name (Luigi's, Michele's, etc) and try to cook... Big up for a real italian cook! :)

If I may, Mr Sound Engineer on set: You know Gennaro shouts, constantly. Rather than having distorted sound in every episode that Mr Contaldo participates in, why not just trim that audio level down a bit and hit it with a compressor and limiter in post production?

Gennaro is such a huge personality, he seems to fill the space and when there are other people there it's always a bit awkward for me to watch. I find him adorable and a joy to watch but I don't think I would particularly enjoy talking to him.
