Yes... exactly my sentiments too! Literally at the very moment the thought occurred to me if Danilo ever delivers his property tours in Italian; magically Danilo starts speaking in Italian! The universe must of heard us both! 😍

OK some thoughts : 1) This property is heaven on earth for someone like me. I am a real history addict, culture, castles ... they are my gem. I so can imagine me living there and restore the chapel and so much more (if we had the money ofcourse) 😁 2) I have to tell you the next thing once, Danilo, your dressing style is superb. Such a great taste and all of it suits you so good. It always grabbed my attention in each of your videos, and I wanted to tell you once, so now I did. 3) What a great surprise the Italian part ... It blended in nicely. My opinion, with those subs, why don't you make some videos completly in Italian ... it brings back the charm of the country and its beauty. I cannot imagine people having problems with it. And a good mix between English and Italian, love it ❤❤ Great job yet again.
What was more amazing...... the Castle or Danilo’s jeans? Or Danilo speaking Italian? Or Danilo’s smile? Or Danilo saying “Want to see it? Come with me”........ these videos leave me breathless. Damn a whole week to wait for the next one.

The history, the land surface, the position, the potential the amount of building surface it's an incredible price when you compare to the price of an appartment in a city ! I would love to see what someone would do with it, maybe see it in a decoration magazine one day with it's full potential realised. Magnifico !

Great video tour! Siena is one of my favourite cities and the countryside, surrounding the castle was breathtaking. My Italian speaking skills are terrible, but when I heard you speak in Italian, I literally closed my eyes and listened - I understood every word! The mind is an amazing thing. Very charming property. The tower can be restored into an interesting museum like place where one can put historical items discovered in the tunnels, caves...the whole property. Very nice roof too- having a walkway around the roof is so easy to replace and maintain tiles. The sense of history is also present here.
Amazing property with potential galore. I really enjoyed the Italian spoken description of the apartment, it gave me another dimension of Danilo in his natural language. Great job Danilo and team and thanks from Palm Springs!
What a beautiful property! I love the history and how well they have fitted in modern conveniences without losing the special charm and characteristics of the castle. Wonderfully presented, as usual!
What is most amazing about the castle is how rustic, ancient, and war-torn, it appears on the outside yet in contrast it has modern amenities on the inside. The castle owners through out the ages have all in some way contributed to its maintenance and revitalization. The new owners will surely be high-spirited adventurers! Oh wow. Loved the castle. Danilo, as if you weren't always great then you go & hit us with Italian and those jeans to top it all off. I try to not make personal comments as I know plenty of people already do but those pants practically made my heart speed up. I watch this channel for three things. 1. I love Italy. 2. I love how Mr Romolini dresses. Great style. 3. I am still dreaming of winning the lottery so I can actually call this agent up and say "ill take that one and that one" Always very well presented and interesting videos to watch. I am always interested in the history behind some of these properties. Here in Aotearoa New Zealand, we just don't have great big edifices like some of these. Certainly nothing with long term history. Out oldest surviving building was,erected in 1833.

Great video, Danilo. You sure do get the privacy you would want. it is, very Green and Beautiful there. I really Love the road you were on. Think of all the Sightseeing you can do and the Picnics you can have. There must be a lot of Wonderful places you can find walking through all of that land. A great user friendly Kitchen. And the Stone and Brick work that make the walls, Arches and the patterns ,are Beautiful, as well as the Floors. It is a Fantastic Building Rich in History. I Love to hear you speak Italian, Danilo, you have never done that on video before, I can not understand it, for the most part, But it Sound so Beautiful!
