Medieval Arabs thought that earthquakes were earth's vibrations that were held by mountains to prevent too much shake. -According to Q.67:5, stars were created to be missiled at Satan. Medieval Arabs saw meteors falling so they thought they were stars thrown by Allah like missiles. -According to Q.54:1-3, the moon was split into two. -According to Q.6:125, the human chest shrinks when in the mountains. In fact, human chests enlarge when in the mountains.
