Italian Pizza Baked in a Truck - Korean Street Food 

As an Italian, this seems to be a very good pizza

Give an "Italian approved" badge to this guy. Love how he respected the tradition in almost every step of the process, and obviously this led to great results

Considering on where he is, the ingredients research he must have done, the fact he's literally on a truck and found a way to emulate as much as possible the high temperatures of a real oven that a pizza need and the respect he puts from the beginning when making the dough till the little things even how he handle the pizza i must say THANK YOU from Italy for being so respectful of our most famous food and very well done! 10/10

I personally love how clean they are! and you can tell this no front for the camera, you can tell from his actions he does it everyday like waking up in the morning.

I love how much effort he puts in every single pizza order...what a hard working sincere guy...I wish his business grows to even higher heights...if I ever visit south korea I would definitely stop by !

When you cook or try to cook an item which is not from your country and you put effort on it, it simply show the love you have for that dish.

Authentic pizza, really really good. Love the rotating oven stone, as he works alone that allows him to focus in other tasks, very smart.
