Here in Singapore, going out is under regulation now.. So I make pasta at home every day!
Let's reproduce the taste of the restaurant with the ingredients available at the supermarket in the neighborhood!
Today's menu is Mentaiko cream spaghetti! It's easy, fast and delicious!!
Mentaiko cream spaghetti 2 servings
160g Spaghetti
Hot water for boiling pasta
Salt 1% of hot water (10g with 1 liter of hot water)
Mentaiko cream sauce
50g (2 small bunch) Mentaiko
150cc Fresh cream
50cc Milk
15g Butter
a little Black pepper
How to make
1. Put fresh cream and milk in a frying pan.
2. Make a cut in the mentaiko with a knife and take out the contents with a spoon. The thin skin remains in the mouth, so be careful not to get it in the sauce.
3. Put 2 mentaiko in 1. Add butter and heat over low heat to melt the butter.
4. The mentaiko goes on fire and the taste spreads over the sauce. Add black pepper and tighten the taste.
5. Engage the boiled spaghetti and sauce.
6. Serve on a plate, Buon appetito !!

That looks delicious! I too went to donki looking for mentaiko but accidentally gotten the tarako instead since it looks so similar. Would it work with this recipe?
