Once again, I’d be delighted to watch 5 hours of you going over this property. It’s completely entrancing. Besides necessary repairs, and electric, I wouldn’t change much. I adore the mishmash of eras and styles. Each morning I’d get to chose which century to reside in that day. I’ll never live there, but it’s captured a little piece of my heart. ❤
It is a credit to your skills that you are invited to show these amazing properties. This one is a gem. So much potential and the price is so reasonable.
Look at the lamp with the stork on it! Oh my. This place is a treasure in itself. I haven't seen it all yet and I think this is my favorite of all. Absolutely beautiful, thanks Nick.
If I had the money... That price is insanely good and the potential for a boutique hotel or even a small retreat center is amazing. Maybe I am getting restless. That is probably due to the fact we still have over 2 feet of snow on the ground and it is Easter. Happy Easter!
An amazing find! It's great to see and hear your enthusiasm when you rummage through these properties. You make our journey through them much more exciting. Do what you do and don't let anyone tell you different.
This property touched my soul. Brought back memories of my Nonno making wine, prosciutto and cheese. Best times of my life I spent with him. If I sell everything I own I can do it. One question remains. Will my wife go along with it. She never met my Nonno.
First of all , Happy Easter Nick and all viewers ... The place is a treasure cave .... I wish we could explore for a week at least . The tower room is my favorite but I would like windows in it . It was surprise after surprise and I loved the tour !
I could watch videos of this same house for days! 😍 I’m already in love with everything in this house! Every room, every piece of beautiful antique furniture, every shape of every window ! Inside & outside ❤ I don’t think there is anything bad about this magnificent home!! It’s not just a house it’s a gorgeous home! I’m not even seeing it in person & yet I can feel the love in this treasure trove of a home ❤ Yes it needs a little restoration, but nothing difficult. This home is truly a masterpiece! Wish I could be the one who ‘wins’ this home! I believe whomever buys this property has actually won the grand prize of this loving home! 🥰😘😇😍❤
Some of the furniture like the dining room china closet is to die for. And all of the books and photos - extraordinary. It would take me a year, just to organize the items in the house. It like a treasure hunt.
THIS PROPERTY IS AAAMAZINGGG!😍 ... I live in a smaller suburb in Oklahoma, USA 🇺🇸 & I live vicariously thru your one takes! 🎥 🎬 🇮🇹 ... I get excited over all the treasures... but, THIS one is prolly one of my most favorites! The kitchen I put together w/ all those random pieces jus' now, OH MY! 🥰 THANK YOU for sharing your work with the 🌎!!! I enjoy your giggles, ews & aaah... ooo ooo omys 🤭 Blessings from small town 🇺🇸 America! God bless you, friend! ❤
Oh, yes! Guilty pleasure time 'rummaging' through ancient and/or remarkable Italian properties with you, Nick! I've been up since 6 a.m. working on a new project and -- I HAD TO TAKE A BREAK -- when I saw the new post. Yay for the merch! Congrats. I do believe you spent at least one past life in Italy as a builder and or stone mason! I recognize the passion of a once loved skill and the appreciation of intergenerational heritage. Never been harder, has it? Blank canvas kitchen with a centuries old fireplace? Oh, I once lived a life in a castle and country estate, and the joy of revisiting structures anywhere from 12th to 16th century set my heart thumping. Why is this? I have no idea, but there are days when your rummages and what you choose to point out to us has literally saved my sanity. You first look reactions are priceless. You made me giggle opening the door into the tower terrace. A few more bathrooms and wouldn't I love running this as a B & B and retreat space. Live en suite in the restored attic space. This is my Italian dream. And learning Italian. Carry on, Nick! Eagerly awaiting the price info as I visualize what I would develop in this grand dame or leave as is -- imagining that I will live to healthy and happy for another 25 years. Do make a part 2, please! On a cool day. Buying a coffee mug!
@@italianproperty Will do! 🥰 We love Italy! We love grandeur and beautiful craftmanship. Doors! Who doesn't love old doors! I took dozens of pictures of interesting doors in France and Italy. Carry on, Nick! I so appreciate these min-vacays that you take me on. One good thing about RU-vid!
I could watch your tours all day long! Every time, I think to myself, "If I was a millionaire, I would buy that house and live there!" The stork lamp is amazing, by the way! I was a bit surprised there were no frescoes in the older parts of the house. Painted over, perhaps?
Nick, for me, this is your best work to date, your enthusiasm had me absorbed, and at one stage I starting clapping at the TV with joy (not sure what the family thought was going on). Cheers
Hi Derek I haven't heard seeing you in a long while it's so awesome to see you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ as usual my phone is acting up again so thank you I hope you have a good evening Wherever You Are
Please take your time to show such an amazingly beautiful house. History and beauty. I wouldn’t dare dare to touch the items, cake tins and so. Pictures, still lives, all over the place. Every week a joy to look forward to. Thanks.
I love it! As always, you show the little quirks of a property that are fabulous. Wish I could do steps and I'd be in there rummaging with you. That is too beautiful.
Happy Easter! 🐣🐇 Love this!! Come on lottery! Gorgeous… I would have too much fun in this place … the size of those rooms 😮… and wardrobes! Love your channel… I even rewatch occasionally 😂… fan for sure.
My O My what a treasure! You don't know what is behind each door, each window, the floors, the fireplace. Whomever is lucky to purchase this wonderful property will wake up each day knowing that they are now too a part of history. Well done Nick.
Simply, ooooo, ahhhh, ohhhh.....press repeat!! Happy Easter to you and your loved ones Nick. And, a big pinch of extra thank you for tackling the stairs to the tower !!
Amazing! The pricing of many of these properties floors me, but this one is incredible! Great tour with great history. Thank you, Nick, for tackling the stairs into the attic area. My knees ached just thinking about it.😁 I was intrigued by the face on the wall outside to the left of the door when you first entered. I'd love to learn more about it. The merch is great and appeals to this retired Photoj. I'll be one of your customers for sure! 🙂
Amazing find dear Nick, always you prove you have the best job ♥️. Truly love your excitement that you share ☺️. Take care and God bless everyone this Easter may everyone have a blessed day 🙏❤️
That couldn't be an early 19th century tower as they didn't build them at that time (generally). It looks much older, like 16th or 17th C. This one is very special... a film set indeed. The lower floors seem virtually untouched and have a museum quality about them. Would have loved to see the outbuildings too. Thanks again Nick and happy Easter!
Nick it would be so cool to start your visit ( almost like you did in a couple of episodes ) driving through the nearest town and on to the property. Yes I know the video would be longer but we all love you and you are so knowledgeable and that would be so great to see the towns you talk about that are close by. Believe me I have looked many times for Predule and I am 100% sure I am spelling it wrong.
Nick: "I could be rummaging along this property all day" Me: "I agree - but I could do it for ages..." What else could be discovered here - yes, it's phenomenal; pure history everywhere. Happy Easter - stay safe, Nick Greetings from De Joachim
absolutely fantastic nick! it is a 14th century class act! a beautiful wonder isn't it?!!? italy never fails to delightfully impress! and this place is no exception. it has all the earmarks, in it's fantastic period features with their great potential, to be even more stunning in making the space a little more updated--but not too much! too much here to appreciate as is! your tours bring out the best of italy. you are in your element nick!!!
This is a wonderful property for someone with interest for history, and maybe a wish for buying something to convert into a fashionable historic hotel! Great to see this building! Thanks, Nick!
Hi Nick once again watching you is simply enchanting ..The journeys you take us on and the intelligent eloquent narrative you provide is simply unique.Another incredible property for those who appreciate potential and enjoy restoration. Must say my fav so was the one in Cetona have my eye on that !! Thank you for all you do .✌️🙏🇦🇺🇮🇹🇮🇹Buona Pasqua 🕊😊
This was a fun walk back in time. I'd never complain if you doubled or tripled the length of the videos. So much to see and so little time... The price seems low considering the age/condition/size of the house plus the other buildings and the land. I wouldn't mind owning some of those light fixtures and pieces of furniture. Nick, thanks for sharing this!
Fantabulouse Nick!! Surprising for being abandoned it looks in decent shape. Clearly the owners took time to care for it, or that’s owed to your great camera work! Cheers Kirk
Fabulouso! Meravigliosa! Imagine 3 families sharing this property? It would certainly comfortably house 4 apartments in the main house and tower! Love these rummages where time is layered and has stood still for a very long time, what an Easter treat you gave us Nick! Thankyou! Loving the classic chiaroscuro of the bright spring light streaming into rooms with these dark, rich earthtones boumcing off ancient tiles and beams 😍❤️❤️❤️
Awesome tour of a spectacular dwelling. As always your videos make one feel like they are walking through these incredible finds with you. The frescos are unbelievable, the possibilities are endless, not to mention the views. Once again your enthusiasm for history and eye for detail are what make these videos stand out from all the rest. Happy Easter to you and yours. ❤
What an incredible find Nick! Hope you got a chance to go through the entire property.. the tower part of the property is just beautiful and those views! .. Think everyone would’ve enjoyed this one.. Happy Easter and enjoy your weekend.. can’t wait to see what you have for us next week 🇮🇹🇦🇺
I saw that too! I thought to myself; I know I’m not imagining things, did anyone see that?? Thanks for mentioning it. Great find Nick, all the best to you.
Hi Scott here from Texas, I love your vids and I’m searching old ones because you had one that I could never get out of my mind. I also wanted to make a suggestion. Your old vids had the green and red stripe and top and bottom and I could go through a sea of vids and find your instantly because of those silly strips. I ask a web designer about this and he told me that millions of property tours are on the web and those that have unique identifiers have the highest retention and clicks. So there is something really to that, to consider. I’m now searching the green and red hopping to find that amazing place. It was about 330k I think. Scott
Thank you Scott. It’s funny as I changed the thumbnails because the wording was too small to read on mobile devices. I appreciate you message. Thank you. Best wishes, Nick 🙏
Hi ya Nick. I can feel your excitement through the screen. An amazing project at a realistic price. Love the age and history of the building and authenticity. You had my attention at the front door. I definitely love the what was lifestyles, it would have been so hard. I cant believe people lived there when it was a new build! Really beautiful views also. Happy🐰Easter and have a great week. ⛅❤🇦🇺🦘
Absolutely spot on that this looks like a movie set. The old photos on the walls and varying furniture styles in each room create a unique story. You can just picture a family sitting around the dining room table and chatting about their day. Incredible property Nick. When we first subscribed to your channel, there were 12,000 subscribers. Congratulations on approaching 88,000! Well done! 👏👏👏
Well Nick, your enthusiasm CANNOT be faulted for this latest property. Unfortunately not for me, but my wife noticed the utensil on the wall which you said was for a trifle, it's a jelly mould, which she has been looking for for ages!!
Ciao Nick, Happy Easter to you, this place is amazing, definitely needs some work, but I love it, some shots were too dark to see, I can only imagine what treasure could be found. Does it come furnished? or will the owner collect their belongings? once it's sold. Thanks for showing it, I am off to your merch store. Love from N.Y.
What a fabulous tour... I kept thinking of the wardrobe in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Adventures everywhere. So glad you made it safely up and down those crazy stairs... Off to check your merchandise...Happy Easter Nick! 🐰🐣
What a great property Nick. Is everything there remaining or will the owners clear it all out? What is the town that’s so close? So much potential and that tower room would be an amazing office space.
Hi Roan, So sorry for my delay. Yes, the owners will sell the contents. The nearest large town is Citta di Castello. If you would like the exact location, please email the office. ❤️ 🙏 Nick.
Happy Easter! Can you imagine if you had the money to restore it to its original glory? Oh my! One can dream, eh... 💜 Thank you for sharing this with us!
Absolutely Gorgeous Property! Did you say 2 Barns? Let me bring my stable of finest Ponies poste haste! 🐴 Such a Deal! Lovely View and really Quiet all around outdoors, I noticed. Like the Library and the expansiveness of the spaces. I can't believe you climbed that disaster of a staircase up to the top-Crikey! Please do be Careful! Then look at what was waiting up there...that gorgeous room up in the rafters. WOW! Very Certain this will sell for you Nick. Bravo! Many possibilities with this one. The trees all have their own sense of Serenity, charm & character 🌲🍃🌳 and did I mention how much I like that View 🌄 So interesting about the pidgeons🐦 Just imagine having a daily walk to the little town to have a bite to eat and mail some Thank You Notes- then Home Again jiggity jig! Always a Happy day watching your special property tours. Every property you showcase is a Unique one of a kind. Wishing you & your Family a Very Blessed & Happy Easter 🙏🌞🐰🌷 ~
@@italianproperty Awe...you are so kind 🐦🌞🌠🌳🍃🌲 ~ Post Script ~ i have to come back to say Dear Nick I was truly scared for you when I heard you going up that staircase and I was praying 🙏 you would be okay. And when you said that and then showed everybody how truly treacherous those stairs were😧-it took my breath away. And for a moment my Heart hurt for you. It did. And all i could think was-No! Don't go back down. Then the thing about the pidgeons and that heavenly light i imagined hundreds of white wings and feathers all flapping about you Golden White and So lovely! Anyway, Nick from Italia! I am very far away from you Nick but I feel close to you in spirit. I see I am among many fans of Nick but it's a Nice fans of Nick fan club- I think, as we all adore you! I feel like I would love to be your friend. And friends want each other to do well right? So Dear friend Nick, please DO Be Careful on these tours. I may not always be around to keep saying that. Please please (double entendre's dancing a jig), always be careful. You have brought me some real authentic Happiness and Delight(!) recently these past months while I am busy battling some nasty Cancer that kind of refuses to go away, (not a fan of my cancer), and anyway you are bringing me such Joy(!) And Hope (even though its a bit of false Hope it's still a sense of Hope and I will take that), most of all you are bringing a chance to Dream 🌞and I Thank You! I look forward to purchasing your new flashy Merch. Too! What a fabulous Slogan: Your Words, "the Canera will adjust", oh please do keep saying that "The Camera will adjust", because i do so need it to adjust when it's facing me. Not a fan of the cameras facing towards me. Nevertheless, Bravo Nick! I shall be purchasing either a tshirt or hoodie soon. Such lovely Colors too! Yay! Always a pleasure seeing such gorgeous Italian properties and the History and flights of fantasy they do bring about. I do so love a good Flight of Fantasy or Adventure! Thank you again Nick, have a Lovely Safe Week ahead ~ hope you get that Green chandelier 😎 and we are traipsing onwards....🌞🌄🌳🍃🌲🌺🌷🌠🙏
Hi Nick! I always love your tours, but this time I'll be the party pooper. For the first time I couldn't follow where I was in the house. I know it wasn't possible to show all in one take, but there was no flow and continuity, which really helps to understand the layout of the place. Maybe this one should have been a 2 parter. I was excited in the beginning, disappointed in the end. Still a fan, though!
A house 1/8 the size of this one, house not property, will go for 2-3x in the sf bay area 😊 It looks like a beautiful property that needs lots of TLC and it sounds like it has great potential. A place like this, with proper restoration, can become a small getaway for couples. Wonderfully priced.
