Absolutely one of my favorite pasta dishes. I'm from Chicago, and the tradition was always linguini with clams, and spaghetti with red sauce (meatballs, sausage, bracciole). I will be making your recipe for Xmas Eve (this and seafood salad).
I had exactly this pasta last January (when we were allowed to travel 😞) in a restaurant in Syracuse (Sicily) called "Sicilia in tavola" where I also had THE BEST PISTACHIO TIRAMISÚ I have ever delighted myself with... Love creating memories from food😇. Hopefully we'll be all able to travel again soon... Merry Christmas to you and your family, Laura 😍
Omg, I could not agree more with you on the food taking you back to a specific time or place. I was telling one of my co workers that about a national drink from my home country. I told her it tasted like home. I couldn't find another way to describe it.
yaaaaay I am so excited for this menu of the Christmas Seafood Feast, you are sharing with us! As portuguese I am a seafood lover, and I just got so excited when you shared with us the menu, I might just do that for Christmas as well. Love from Portugal, Sofia

Hi! I loved your Instagram post about the 7 course christmas seafood feast. I don’t like seafood myself but I can only imagine that who do like it must be in heaven! A question... do you make one course at a time or everything at once and then sit down to eat? If one at a time, doesn’t it feel stressful? So interesting to learn about others traditions! Merry Christmas to your whole family! ❤️
I agree you should use wine you would drink to cook with but I don't know when cooking with white wine should I use a blanc, a chardonnay, or a sweet wine????
Sorry but you didn't create the cream with the water of the pasta . Pasta must be' wrapped with the sauce. Sure is very good but with the help of starch snd water will be' better. I'm from italy ciao
