Surfers need to be able to Surf in all conditions and show their skills to the judges it's simple as that. love or hate that's how's it these days. maybe Brazil generate as much revenue maybe even more ( is up to wsl to share) revenues that many other places in the circuit hence their choice to keep the venue.
Clicked on this video because of the title, wanted to watch Italo and O'leary. For some reason, spent half the time watching other people talking about their heats. WTF is wrong with you WSL? Like highlight videos are not that hard to make. You have hundreds of years worth of sports footage to look at to get some ideas. Blows my mind.
